Perfumania, Lincoln City OR

I went there with a friend for the first time this past weekend and we had a fabulous experience. Shadow was so kind and patient, it felt like we sampled every bottle in the store until we made a selection. We got 3 selections for a great price. Thanks Shadow!

Went there the other day and could not believe all the staff was fully masked. I'm not talking about in 2020 or 2021. We are talking about June 2023 every staff member was wearing a mask. I'm sorry that is creepy and off-putting for your staff to hide their faces like that. At this point everyone with half a brain should have realized that did not help anything when they're actually was a pandemic firing through the population, 3 years after these people are ridiculous, it was very off-putting and there is no way I will spend money at a place with employees that look like a lunatics. You lost a sale and the customer indefinitely.

Pretty sure they sold me a fake bottle of Viva La Juicy. Or it’s expired. I put it on, and within 1 hour you cannot even smell it. Nothing like the other times I have bought the perfume. Just really disappointing.

Had a great time shopping here. I was assisted by Olga who was very helpful and kind. Helped me find what I was looking for as well as try new things. Was great to chat with people who were so knowledgable about the product. Can’t wait to visit again.

I was assisted by Olga. She was incredibly pushy and rude to my myself and my daughter. I kept asking to cash out with the cologne that I was buying and then she kept trying to get me to buy more. When I explained that I had to fly home and couldn’t buy a bunch of stuff, she waved her hands around and said “Ok, fine, whatever”. I just thought the customer service skills were very poor. I think when someone says “no thank you” you should respect that. You don’t know everyone’s financial situation and no means no.

My wife found her favorite perfume here, the price was much cheaper than in Germany, I can only recommend the store.
