Locally-owned friendly staff, wonderful people. They typically have the pet item I'm looking for.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the free roaming pets were a wonderful treat. The story of the cat with Feline AIDS brought me to tears at how cruel humans are. Those people should be ashamed of themselves and banned from owning any pet at all. Lots of fish and reptiles and other creepy crawlers here. Enjoy!

The owners of this place are amazing humans. Their love of animals is just like mine. Always enjoy going to pick up supplies. The wife and kids love to come along as well. Friendly service and all of our pets needs under one roof. Thanks Jim and Tara!

The store was clean. With it being kitten season they were out of what we needed but the staff was super great and friendly. They were informative and apologetic they were out. All the animals looked to be in good health and other products were well stocked.

Make sure to watch the total when you check out. Depending on who's working will effect your total. They've also almost tripled all prices. Probably to compensate river road location closing. 7/6/23-7/13/23 went from $2-$6 for a live small rat now that's a mark-up!

Had some weirdo working here sneaking around the corner awkwardly spying on me after having already asked me if I found what I was looking for. I pointed to wet dog food and said yep, I found the dog food but just checking out the cat. Just went in to buy some wet food for my dog, going to test some varieties and see which he likes better. Kind felt like walking out, but this is Eugene, I’m sure theft is an issue here.

Just try not to be peaking around the corner like a child and get caught spying on your customers… it’s kind of awkward.

We have an old feeder mouse that we have been caring for and decided to keep because of its resilience.
We are reptile and spider people mainly.
The blonde girl refused to sell us a feeder because we requested a male (ours is a male) because she "can't sell it as a pet". I've been denied mice before because they knew I was going to feed them, but this was new!
We always shop at hometown. However the way this was handled was poor service. We were going to give the feeder a companion and if it died feed it anyway to our snake.
Guess not.

Pet Time is the best pet store around. They care about their animals and it’s affordable. Say hi to Ghost for me!

Lots of live fish pet choices. They also sell lizards, spiders and other reptiles. Convenient location. Large variety of pet toys and food.

Great selection of aquatic plants & have been happy with the fish we've got from them.
