Petco, Roseburg OR

Its a fairly limited selection despite it being a petco. The store was clean and staff were super nice.

This rating is for the grooming. Took our sweet Shiba Inu and they did a fabulous job. Thank you!

MacKenzie is the best she is so awesome, she is in the Roseburg, Oregon store and she is a Rockstar, please see her if you go in there, and if she doesn't know she recommends her competitors in town! She is wonderful

After several tries around town, we have found the BEST groomer for our Rough Collie at Petco. Miranda has been working on our Sammi for about a year and really does a great job grooming her long double coat.

I visited Roseburg Petco Wednesday, 6/28/23 to add a new fish to my small aquarium. The female employee began to quiz me on what other fish, how many and size of my tank. She then discouraged me from adding another fish unless I wanted a much bigger tank. I have a 10 gallon tank and 5 fish, adding a 6th of the same kind seemed reasonable to me and I had even researched online before going in. She was incredibly rude! I don't know her name but she had on a rimmed type hat. I did not ask for her advice! Poor customer experience! She should not be working with the public.i will give it one more try and hopefully it will be her day off.

Claire has a wonderful groomer who listened to how we wanted her groomed. She looks great with her summer do! Thank you Petco groomers for doing a wonderful job.

Wonderful people, very knowledgeable and and their trainer is phenomenal with all dogs. My 180lbs saint Bernard loves her and she very easily explains bad habits I am teaching and how to break them.

We went in once and one of the camelions was foaming at the mouth hanging upside down. So we notified an employee and she came right over and handled it immediately.

Won't cut my dogs nails unless he had recent vaccinations. Changed my review to one star because today went in no one to help with finding a cage for my sisters dog and over priced.

It's nice to see the babies and it looked clean. I feel like presentation could be more exciting and critter centered. Just my humble opinion.

Their prices are so high. I tried to get help finding something. There weren't enough employees. The checker told me to head down an aisle, and she would be there in a minute. Right then, two customers were at her cash register. I asked if she could call someone to help me. She asked me to wait a minute, and she would help me. More people were at the cash register. I left.

Probably the best stocked pet supply store in town, and the staff is always helpful. Not the cheapest, but if you can't find something somewhere that, there's a good chance that Petco will have it.

Terrible customer service. They rarely have the product in stock that we need and everything is very over priced. When we try to buy worms to feed our bearded dragon, the containers are full of dead worms week after week after week. This place is a consistent disappointment for our family.

Love this place, they have alot of quality food, and brands that are healthier and better for you're doggies they're always helpful and friendly.
