15 I had my dog in for a grooming appointment, however the groomer was unable to complete the service.
She was extremely kind and respectful about why. My dog doesn’t like blow dryers. I knew this. She did not charge me for the appointment and treated me and my dog with kindness, considerate and respectful comments.
Petco grooming get 5 stars even though they could not complete the service of the groom but their customer service is outstanding ️️️️️
Nothing that makes this store stand out from any of the rest. In fact, the staff was not as friendly. I was in this store for at least 45 minutes trying on different collars/harnesses on my dog and made eye contact with two employees multiple times and not one offered assistance. Most Petco store employees are welcoming and very friendly & helpful!
Very disappointed with the Vetco clinic. To many associates that don't communicate. Paid for things I didn't want, and wouldn't give me what I wanted. Will not recommend.
If ever there was a groomer that I would refer to anyone it would be Sara! Sara is an amazing groomer, our dogs love her, we love her. She does an amazing job on our German Shepherd and treats your pets as if they were her own! Sara is sweet and soft-spoken, friendly and professional and our pets were naturally drawn to and comfortable with her since day one. When she grooms our German Shepherd the results are thorough and seem to last longer than it ever has with anybody else. Our girl comes home looking good, smelling good and feeling good! I cannot give enough kudos to Sara for what she does; she is an expert in her field and I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody looking for a professional, skilled, knowledgeable and caring groomer who just has a way with pets.
This was a positive experience for my dog, Scout, and the groomer gave me excellent tip to help with Scout’s anxiety about getting groomed.
The juice I ordered was really bad and sour and it smell really bad. So I had to exchange it for a pop. We had to wait quite a while for our order, then we didn’t get any service after we got our food. And after a while, I ended up with a big fat stomach ache from the food. I ate there. They were understaffed.
Oliver looked amazing so clean and neat. And he wasn’t stressed out when we picked him up.
Left home without my dog's harness. Stopped at Petco and found the perfect harness he can wear comfortably when traveling. Thanks Petco!
Best customer experience at this store. Elyssa and Tristan were so knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back.
Customer service is lacking. Could use some improvement in aquatics. Grooming department is great!

Received excellent service from this store. Friendly employees that are eager to assist. I had questions about products for fish and was assisted, also told when the specialist would be in. Also I was recommended an alternate product for my dog that I was purchasing, which was of higher quality and less cost. Great store because they have great employees!
Had to go in to get some cricket supplies. When I was in the reptile isle, there were pre-bagged crickets & they were all dead. When I said something to the employee she said "oh, yeah those are from last night, oops my bad" Can someone please tell me why you would EVER pre-bag crickets. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
They charged me double the cost I saw online. I told them at check out but I could not get the online price. But later when I got home I checked again and the price was double. So basically everybody that goes to the store and does not know the online price pays double because they just walked in to buy something. A very shady way of running a store.
