I made a $12.99 purchase, paid with a $20.00 bill. That's $7.01 change, yes? I was given $5.00. It took 2 employees five minutes to figure out, even after I said 7 + 13= 20?
And yes, they were or trying to use a calculator?

I have boughten a ball python baby snake there for $50 nobody really gave me the information on how to care for it so I had to reach out to someone who does I really need to give on a sheet a paper how to properly care for a ball python snake

Dorian was the girl helping us, If I remember right. We had just bought our kids their Kitten that afternoon and we went into the store to get supplies. She helped us with a smile in her face the whole time even when we asked over 100 questions.

Staff friendly and Helpful when asked? 's, but it's easy to browse and shop without assistance as well, a nice balance. Big selection, well stocked. Clearance item prices are amazing

My daughter and I came to this place to go look around and see the animals about 15 minutes in and my daughter walked out balling because she seen the ferrets in their cage and they can barely walk because they keep slipping and falling down she thinks it's animal cruelty and I have to agree something should be done about this and they should be put in proper cages if cages are going to be a necessity for them

They were out of the things I needed and the staff were unhelpful. I felt more shooed out the door than actually helped.

Only had one issue in the last 5 years. One of my online orders that were set up for in-store pick up was handed off to another Melissa. Luckily I had the email with the details of my order and they rectified the issue with no issues.

The clerk at the front desk was taking a while with the customer in front of me, I was starting to get a little annoyed, but realized the elderly woman was scrounging for money to pay for her pets wash and cut.because her card had been declined, she realized she didn't have the ability to pay, the clerk advised her to call her bank to investigate and to go ahead and get her dog, when my turn arrived, I told the cashier I wished to help her (the previous customer) pay her bill. She advised me that she had already taken care of it. I thought it was worth the wait after all, and the cashier showed extreme compassion.

Product was fine but used the same day delivery. Was very unhappy with the common sense of the driver who delivered it. My apartment is marked very clearly. The driver didn't bother to look for my unit and left it at an unmarked door.

Super easy return of auto ship item I didn't realize was still coming my way. Then of course had to buy some betas while we were there

It's pet food, a pet grooming area, aquatics and animal supplies. The darned shame is the miniscule size of their parking lot! And their lack of carts for customers. Seemed that a lot of them were stolen and vandalised. So, get one when you can.
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I DO wish they'd open a 2nd register when there are more than 3 customers waiting. That part is as annoying as the parking lot.

Hello, I came in on May 29 and seen your Manager working her children/ husband taking them into the office, back pet room and working freight. After filling a complaint on what I saw expressed my concerns. I received a call from the manager Kendra today trying to justify what she had done. This is harassment and no excuse for having you under age children working.laws are in place to protect children for a reson.

Clean, but they don't cater to exotic pets such as hedgehogs. They carry stuff for bunnies, rats, ferrets etc.

Intuitive floor design. Rewards program is super easy to sign up for. Also my dog loves the treats I got!
