Your aquatics department is A+. I've been to the stores in Eugene/Springfield and was not impressed, i recently moved to Sweet Home, and your store was the closest pet store to me. To be honest, i didn't want to come to your store because of the negative experiance i had at the other said stores. Im glad i did though. Your aquatics guys is knowledgeable. And your shelves are very well stocked throughout the store. Thank you for renewing my faith in Petco.

Man at the store on purpose dropped his super full keychain on a baby hamster trying to scare her from whare she was sitting all to save himself 2 minutes it would take to get a foot stool then het it in the head mutiple times with a plastic house (not gently at all like really hard) then basicly dropped the hamster I got in the box and was shaking the box all over the place. I must have said be careful 5+ times. My hamster was shaking all day from fear.thanks Petco.

The hamsters are unbelievably cute and it's nice that they've actually given the little buddies some names. Also, it was damn near impossible to leave the store without buying a new betta - the selection was vast, and they were all so gorgeous.
I definitely know where I'll be going when I want to adopt a new furry or scaly friend.

Item marked on sale but cashier posted high price. She called the manager who over rode the system to give the sale price. I very much appreciated his time and effort.

Wanted one item that web site implied was available in store, but it wasn't. A substitute item was available, so took that home instead.

Pretty extensive selection of pet goods, but it feels a bit like the space is overpacked and disorganized. It makes it tough to find things. Otherwise, it's clean and the customer service is nice!

Petco seems to be getting back to normal. Helpful employees. Most anything you need for pet care here.

**Fish department needs extra attention, many dead fish in tanks and beta fish area. (I did not post dead fish pics)

See alot hurt animals think big cages can be cleaned more as they smelled really bad which isn't healthy for them need to take proper care of them

I got the best discount ever for my doggie food, thanks to subscribing to recursive purchases. Plus the kind personnel, despite having software issues, did help me out and checked me out with my purchase:)

Staff told me and helped me sign up to be a member. Saved 10 dollars, plus future discounts. Solid service.

Your store needs to be cleaned! When I come in, I've had to dodge the dog poop, and watch that I don't get close to the corners where old urine is there. The employees for the most part, kind.

Asked 4 help & he was very helpful & new where the product was & took us there. And it was buy 1 & 1/ 2 off the second one. No w the young lady at the ck out wasnt as informed i ask about the large selection on the sale rack & didnt know if it was price as marked or lower. And didn't offer to ck the price on them. And we were her only customers. So her service was lacking.

DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! It’s like a shady doctors office. They schedule 15 other animals with yours and just get to them when they get to them. Completely angry and will not tip!

One star because of the New Policy. This was the second time we were charged an extra fee due to matting. Apparently this is a new policy for Petco to nickle and dime you. We were happy with the service up until now and always take care of our groomer with a generous tip. We were a long time customer and because of this we won’t be returning.

Employee/customer service was great, but had issues with other customers being rude overall to employees.
