Jeff is a real asset to your company. I called for information on my C9 engine coolant and he was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). It would be great to have that type of representative at all companies. He is a star!

Awful place to take your truck I got a call from the foreman Josh saying my truck was good to go and problem was fixed. So I went to go pick it up, the service writer Jeff was rude and snarky when I came to grab my truck and when I got in my truck the problem was still occurring. No quality work and didn’t even clean off the grease that was left my steering wheel or door. How is this a dealership

Went there, asked for a diagnosis on excessive smoke from my bus (Cat 3126), never got a call so at 4: 30 p.m. I called them, they told me they called and left a message (which never happened on my end) and it was almost done. I then got to the shop and was told they're "putting it all back together" after not asking or getting an ok to work on my bus, They worked on it and told me I need a new wiring harness, I had to pay $1200.00 to get my bus/home back and Nothing was fixed, in fact I now don't have a working speedometer and my PTO button does not work to rev the motor to 1,000 RPM. The boss won't call me back "Jeff" the so called "Service writer" is just a rude a$$hole now, rude demeanor, no customer service, and snipes me everytime I call to talk to someone about this childish bad business and bulls#it! Peterson Cat truck parts dept. A little girl named "amber" what a rude girl with no knowledge at all about anything both times I've talked to her. Where's the Quality and Care in business anymore? I'll never recommend the truck part of this company.

Had a trailer brake pot needed replacing.they were able to get me in right away, replaced the pot, setup all 4 brakes on the trailer and on the road again.

Friendly and funny Jeff made the experience great. This is a follow up to my previous"not-so-good" review. I jumped the gun just because a part manufacturer (not yoy) messed up.

Im always getting treated very well when I go here for truck service and they also have a lounge just for truck drivers which also provides a bathroom and shower

We had a work truck break down. They were super helpful and scheduled us in right away.
