Nice store, friendly sales person, clean, plenty of parking. The reason I only gave a 4 is they were out of stock on the size bag she uselly buys.

Good quality cat food for our fur babies. Friendly staff. If you register with the store (with your phone number) you get an even better price and earn future discounts as well.

We use Banfield Pet Hospital at Medford PetSmart. They are well staffed and we always get the same doctor and assistant. They give our dogs shots in the individual waiting rooms as we watch and are good with our pups. Year old Australian Shepherds, Tucker & Hudson.

I brought my dog in for a bath nail she was the first pet to be done they took over 5hrs further more she was shaking coming out peeed on the floor my dog never pees but outside, then I found out my sister took her dog also first dog in same thing her dog came out with shaking and pee, what the heck are they doing to animals will never be back.

I love going to PetSmart with my dog. The groomers are they know what they're doing and they really looks like they enjoy their job

I can never find what I'm looking for on the shelves for some reason, but when I ask for help they always locate it for me. No real complaints, its just a smaller store with a LOT of product inside it.

I love going in to this store. I am always able to find what I am looking for. Great experience and environment.

I got my dogs hair cut and it took over 5 hrs I was the first one to get there when they opened up.and I have a small dog.would not recommend them

I came in to ask about Kitten for my kids. I ended up buying some fish and the whole set up.

One of the employees her name is Star was great. I asked probably 100 questions and she answered all. She was very knowledgeable and kind.

The store overall is well stocked, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I rarely see someone here without a smile! I think in the last year, there was only once that I couldn't get what I was after, so that's saying something about the inventory process of this store.they are doing great! At the Banfield Pet Clinic inside, the desk staff were helpful and pointed out some over the counter meds I could give my pitty for home treatment vs.a vet appointment. All said, very pleased with this store!

Very helpful with picking a dog harness fir my puppy. They accept returns without a hassle and always say hello when you walk in the door.

There wasn't anyone to greet me when I got there but I was able to find what I needed. The store is very clean and laid out well, as most are. The discount prices were pretty good.

Good place for pet supplies. Lits of selection for food, toys, leashes and all of that. Store is clean and staff polite and know their stuff.
