PetSmart, Salem OR

Realized my dog with pancreatitis was out of food. Vet isn't open or on labor day. The food she eats is apparently prescribed. They let me purchase one can to get her by till Tuesday. Super helpful, I can't thank them enough for the accommodation.

Good place to start a pet life, they ave almost all needs for exotic, fish, bird, small, and large 4-legged pets. If you're trying to save lots of money, then you will have to spend a little extra time on where to find items for a lower cost. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

My husband and I had a very good response to our first visit to PetSmart. We just adopted a small dog and they were very helpful in finding us what we needed.

More expensive than I prefer, but has everything you need. It's very clean. Staff are gtreat. Groomers are wonderful.

Staff were helpful when u can find them. Yelling at people over the intercom outside to leave the property is ridiculous. When they were told to leave, they left behind all the trash. People hanging around are annoying at the least and bad for businesses, but at least treat them with dignity. This is what makes me not want to come back or support the business.

My cats shedding & I bought a brush & got loads of hair off him.all in all.good deal =)

Really good prices for frozen mice if you've got a snake. Customer service was great.

Very poor customer service. Twice I was in there and when I asked for help, I was told to go that way with a point of a finger and they didn't know if they had what I needed. They weren't even busy. UPDATE. No it has not changed.went today 1 checker waited almost 10 minutes in line as I swear a grocery store can check out 3 carts faster then they can for 1 customer. I hate going here for that sole reason.

Went to the groomer for our 2 poodles they did an amazing job super happy cost a little more than our old groomers but worth it.

The staff here is wonderful! They are pretty knowledgeable and very helpful when you need something. We adopted our cat there during adoption day, and the process was so smooth. Would be my only choice for pet stores, but they don't have any saltwater fish. Tell your pets I said hello.

Only place in town (and I tried both the alternate national affiliate and two separate locals.

We hate Coming here because we feel it's a message that they're treatment of animals is OK when actually it's just the only place we could find a reptile. Light the size we needed. Doesn't mean we approve I hate spending my money here.
