Ordered on the app. The person pulling the order got the wrong item. The person getting the ordered when we got there didn't check. No attention to detail.

I have not been in Pet Smart for some time and first time in this store. Comparing prices with my local store, this store was higher. I did buy some needed dog treats but I will not go out of my way to come back. Sorry.

Doesn't carry Vet Rx diets, I guess because it doesn't have a Banfield vet location. Makes it less useful than normal PetSmart. Otherwise standard one.

Lots of variety for pet needs, especially great small animal section for rats, bunnies, reptiles, guineas, etc.helpful friendly staff!

The store looked clean and well taken care of. The COVID precaution supplies were well stocked and obvious when you first walk up. I felt safe entering the store and although they were a little understocked on some dry aquatic pet supplies, but that has been an issue at all the pet stores since COVID started.

I dislike this store and only use them when I absolutely have to. They seem to forget there are cat owners in the world, which is why they've been nicknamed "Dogs-R-Us. "

First let me say, I love Petsmart. I went to have my dog's nails clipped and went to look for a brand of dog food that I had looked up on the internet. There was not one employee on the floor to assist customers in finding merchandise. Come on, it's a Saturday afternoon.

Dogs like toys.
If dogs have toys, they are less likely to "find" toys to chew.

Allow the dogs in. Big rewards with my bank of America card. Always have the food/bed/leash things I need.

I go here often for fish supplies and dog food everyone is extremely friendly and returning items is no hassle my only complaint would be getting help in the fish section and the live fish tanks are not maintained with many dead fish, otherwise good place to shop.

vet tell that ridiculous story. So I went to ANOTHER BANFIELD vet and she said that was complete shit and was definitely done by groomers. Waiting on corporate now and just getting started on that banfield location. I will not stop until u take responsibility.

Stopped in to check out the dog costumes for my mother-in-law's dog. Browsed the store for the kitty cats while I was there and was surprised to see gift cards and coffee mugs. Picked up a cute coffee mug for my aunt's X-mas gift. Lots of selection throughout the store, lots of different things for animals in the clearance and very clean store.
Stopped by to see the cats up for adoption and the fish tanks as always.

The groomers and store people are very nice. We haven't had a problem with our dog being groomed here 3 times now, and the store always has what we need. It is, however, more expensive than Amazon, so you should shop around unless you don't have the time. Always make sure to say hi to the robo hamsters and the cats from the humane society:)

Great service at this location. My daughter fell and hit her head and they were able to get her an ice pack and help out quickly.

This store is amazingly friendly! My family and I recently got our first dog, so obviously we had no idea what to do. When we arrived at PetSmart, the staff was incredibly helpful. They gave us the basics, and helped us get the right equipment. On our visits, they're still very helpful, and welcome you happily.

The dog trainer is very knowledgeable and polite. I always ask him when I have a particular question in regards to food, training, etc. He's wonderful! Overall, great staff throughout this store.

I've been here a bunch of times and they always do a really great job. My dog got the full treatment- wash, hair cut, nails, glands, and teeth brushed! The girls are always so cool and nice. Deanna ruled it today- my dog is so stoked on his new do that he ran around the house for about ten minutes to show it off. Thanks again!

Krystal in the grooming salon takes superb care of our special needs dog (incontinent, no back legs)! All of the staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They even carry the 40 lb bags of cat litter to our car upon request!

It's a petsmart. It's nice to take the dog in and let him sniff all the treats and squeaky toys while we get his dog food. It's always slightly busy and there is usually a short wait in line. Get a cart when you walk in if you get the 50 lb dog food bags, you may be waiting a bit.
