Love this place. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful. They have our cat food there, fairly priced. So many cute toys, got some cat litter in a paper bag (my fav kind). No icky plastic bag. Love it.

Love to take my Lil girls here to look at the critters. Got a nice bird feeder and they answered all my questions

I got my little kitten at this petsmart, it was a painless process! The staff was very kind, they helped me find supplies for him!

Hot help with a bearded dragon that I, through happenstance am babysitting for 2 weeks and have no idea how to care for.

Staff helped me understand what to do and what I would need to not let poor lil gimli perish under my care

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Everything is well marked and setup for social distancing. Even have curbside pickup so you don't need to go in. This is great service from a great place to shop for your pets.

The service was impeccable. Staff members went out of their way to assist me, while still making sure everyone's safety was of primary importance. Thanks!

I took nacho (my dog) in for some grooming and he came out looking super adorable and it seemed as if he enjoyed his time. The girl grooming him was really sweet when I came to talk and ask about his visit, definitely suggest going here if you want your pet to look good!

It’s ok to shop I guess, but some people just don’t need to work customer service, or yet a cashier if you’re going to give an attitude.

I take my dogs there for grooming, they always seem to miss an area, or over trimm. Evens out over time, but for a good cut, go somewhere else.

Knowledgeable and kind, with vet, pharmacy, and pet training area in store, and open til 7 weeknights. Very cool place.

It's a good place to stop if I just need a quick house or something for my rats but petco seems to have a bigger selection of treats and toys than petsmart does. I'm hopping someday to have a dog again and to update this review with more on that part of their store.

I came in Sunday, May 20th. Customer service was awful, I had a younger woman who was heavy set with red hair who was working near the fish wall who I felt didn’t take her job very seriously and was unable to answer my questions. She was rude and incompetent and unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always seems to be clean & orderly, signage & labeling make it super easy to find what you're looking for which is especially nice when I've been in a bit of a hurry & more antisocial than normal or didn't feel like browsing for whatever reason. The employees are always really nice and seem to genuinely love animals, or they just genuinely love my dogs lol!

Disappointed that they no longer carry reptiles and mice. I did enjoy the adoption center. Beautiful cats and kittens.

Kinda pricey but it is in the same parking lot as Pizza Schmizza so thats awesome. I also love that they have an adoption options!

I visit this store quite often, and I must say the staff is very accommodating and helpful. It's rare in this day and age to find such a good group of people working in retail. I really appreciate the kindness and help that the employees here offer.

I've been to this PetSmart location twice now and both times I was less than impressed with the PetSmart staff. The first time I went there no one stopped to ask me if I needed help, none even said hi. A couple made eye contact but walked away. The girl that checked me out, I wouldn't say was rude but wasn't nice either. She was a tad bit argumentative and judgy. The second time I went in there was today and they were very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I walked in shortly after they opened with my dog and they were all standing around talking. They didn't say hi, they just stared at me and my dog as I walked past and continued their conversation. When I was ready to check out one of the boys looked up and pointed to a register and that was it. The group moved to the side and started talking again. The girl that checked me out didn't seem like she wanted to be there, wasn't really friendly. I've worked in retail jobs like that before, this was not good customer serivce. My dog is young and excitable and LOVES other dogs. He started barking when a couple came in and I looked up and the group of kids working there stood there looking like a deer in the head lights. Like they've never heard a dog barking before. None of them said anything, they just stood there staring at me. How uncomfortable! I was dealing with my dog, the girl checking me out looked scared and the rest of them were still staring at me. If they're scared of a dog barking why are they working in a store where dogs come and go? I thought they were very rude. The PetSmart in Tigard by winco is fantasic. The employees there know how to treat a customer and what a dog sounds like. The Tigard PetSmart employees are sweet and ALWAYS friendly when I go in. I moved from Tigard out to Banks about six months ago and was hoping to make this store the one I go to but With this kind of behavior I will not be doing any business with this PetSmart or Banfield Vet. The Banfield Vet here is nice but the PetSmart employees have made me feel so uncomfortable that I will continue to drive all the way to Tigard, an hour away from me to go to a place that wants my business and will treat me and my dog with some respect. I would NEVER recommend this store. They made me feel so unwelcome here I will not go back.

I took my dog here for grooming and I am horrified by the entire experience. My dog has cuts all over his body - the most severe cuts are located in his armpits. When we picked him up he was traumatized and shaking. This is completely unacceptable & I truly believe that everyone should be warned about the uneducated groomers working here.
