Great service, they take good care of my fur child. Prices on some products/ services are a bit much though.

Store was clean and took great safety precautions. Easy to navigate through and find what you want and need. Friendly staff. Good sales. Horrible fish department, had quite a few dead fish. They also had tons of rotting aquatic plants. Fish department needs work.

I only come here for grooming. There products are marginal at best and the staff see like they hate their jobs. Not a pleasant environment

Pretty simple: Petsmart online showed a particular dog food as in stock here, one of the few places to have it. So I drove past half a dozen other Petsmart locations to get here, only to be told they have no inventory.

It's 2020, Petsmart. Get. It. Together and learn how an inventory management system works.

We took our dog for brush and bath and even paied extra for condition my dog came back with nothing done. Fur still dirty, loose fur no brushing, smelled bad with no trace of a shampoo sent. And charged me full price. Im assuming they put him in a kennle in the back and just brang him back. The girls working were acting really weird i didnt bother to check my dog until i went home and relized they ripped me off, did nothing and took my money. Dont do grooming here at wilsonville petsmart. I was thinking of using there vet but now i dont trust this place at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to navigate store. They always seem to be low on small crickets, and they have a limited selection of ferret supplies. Most geared towards dog and cat owners.

Decent price. Very friendly. Fish are usually dead or dying. Plants will give your tank pond snails tho.

Had just about the best grooming experience to date. Natalie was absolutely fantastic, and all the store personnel were simply great!

I go to this store for everything my dogs need. Also have the banfield plan for them and it's worth it.

Called before I went in for a cat screen door. Kelsie was super helpful on the phone and continued her great customer service when I arrived in the store. We always find what we need for our monster kitties here.

It is clean allows pets and gives treats to the dogs. Most important they have a good Vet and they work to find homes for rescued animals.

Went looking for clearance water filters for my pet fountain. I didn't find any filters on clearance. Nice clean store and the staff are very friendly.

We've been shopping here for pet food and supplies for many years, and the store always has just what we need. The staff is helpful and friendly, and there is a great selection of toys, bedding, and dog clothes. The store is always clean, and the animals are well cared for.

PetSmart staff helped me find a very specific supplement for my aging dog. Not only did we find it, but we also found every product containing it so that I could buy the most effective supplement. When they rung me up, they applied a treat coupon to reduce my bagged food cost too (normally supplements don't count as treats when it comes to coupons). I've been going here for years and they have always been so helpful

As always im in pressed with the wonderful people that work there. They are always so nice and know exactly how to help me. The only bummer was that there wasn't much of an assortment of Christmas stocking for cats. But with their help I made it work.

Well-lit store with great customer service. The only drawback is that there's a very large odor of dog pee throughout the main entrance and aisle way of the store.

The store was clean and well stocked. The associate that helped in the fish section was knowledgeable about the different varieties of fish and made some good recommendations.

AFTER SEVERAL LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE VISITS: THIS Store needs Help in Several
Aspects- Piss poor attention as attitude in 2 Representatives Specifically. I Will attempt once more to return only based on geographical location.

Love the store. Their fish section could use some work though. Just in and several tanks with dead fish and lots of algae in them.

My dogs love coming here they always give them treats and I got them on a way healthier new food called Billy and Margot!
