Ok, so this place is just beautiful inside. The service can be iffy, but if you go on a weekend evening, they have their best servers. What I mean by this is simply that the servers are nicer and more personable on the weekend evenings than during weekday lunch. Service aside, the food is impeccable. Excellent pho, wonderful and fresh, made-to-order salad rolls. There is a chicken curry with sweet potatoes, that is one of my favorite dishes OF ALL TIME!

Best pho in Portland. Everyone is kind and fast. I've never had anything bad here. Even when totally full, the staff is quick and an order has never been wrong.
