Great facility and friendly staff. I have been going here for years, and I can't remember having any negative interactions.

I love PMC. Doctor Eriksen is fantastic. She's attentive, professionally excellent and funny. You can easily get labs and X-rays at PMC which is much easier than going across the street to the hospital. The staff is excellent overall.

It amazes me each time I visit PMC how quickly I am seen by super friendly and professional assistants and doctors. Everywhere has a shortage of staff right now and somehow it is not as apparent at PMC.

Efficient, compassionate care every time. My doctor and his team listen and talk with me, they don’t look at computer and type. His eyes and ears are on and with me when I share health concerns not only about myself but also about my 94 yr old Mother. He understands and shares his thoughts with me, a wonderful bedside manner. There is no judgment just compassionate care from doctor and his team.

Couldn’t ask for a better place for family Dr’s. The past 18 years I’ve seen every single Dr there for one thing or another. Their lab techs are wonderful and them getting back so quickly with results is great.

Love Dr Heimuller! When my kids get sick they ask for him. Dr Heimuller is an amazing Dr that really cares about all my kids. I trust him over any specialist. He will dig and look for answers. He is kind and has a great bedside manor.

Everyone was friendly. The care was great. I love that the lab is right there very convenient. I do not like my blood drawn but the lab tech did amazing.
My nurse was also great giving me my flu shot. Dr Haddeland is a great doctor, he listens and has great feedback.

My family has been seeing Jessica Vincent at PMC for a little over a year, and it has been a wonderful experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and has a great rapport with her patients. I would recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a great doctor here in Mac!

I have been a PMC patient for as long as I can remember and they are excellent, with so many good doctors and PAs. In an urgent situation they will get you in immediately, too. Sunshine John is my PCP and she is outstanding! She and Jesenia are both caring and professional.

PMC is wonderful. My children have been going there for over 15 years. Can't imagine them going anywhere else.

When I initially was looking for a new Primary Care Physician I asked for kind and compassionate. Immediately I was recommended a particular position in their office. And I have found my doctor to be exactly what I needed. I also have received care from other physicians in this office and have always felt very cared for. It is nice to be able to reach a doctor at any time day or night.

We love Dr. Koenig. We have seen him for almost 9 years. He loves his patients. Never acts like he’s in hurry. So knowledgeable & my kids literally want to go to the doctor because of him. I honestly can’t say enough good about him.

We have also seen Dr. Heimueller (spelling?) and like him too.

We will be going with PMC for years to come!

Sunshine John is always helpful and willing to explain the reasons for diagnosis or why she feels a test or med is needed. Never feel rushed and she listens!

My doctor literally saved my life. She doggedly pursued a diagnosis for my condition by consulting and having me visit the best experts in their field until we finally discovered and were able to successfully treat my unusual condition.
She cared about ME as a person. I have found that to be a rare quality in medical professionals who see hundreds of patients. We simply become "next" in line.
I observe that same attitude in staff, nurses and lab workers too.
I DO recommend PMC to my friends.

My wait time was short and was able to move to X-ray without much delay and back to doctor right after.

Caring staff. Pleasant to work with. The nurse who works with Medicare patients, Wendy, is awesome! Answers all my questions, is very thorough & personable.
