Service was good and didn't take as long as they said but I'm thinking it was over priced

Sorry but this used to be great. Not anymore. Go to wallerys in west Salem for the original taste. Ive grown up in Salem and loved pietro’s when I was a kid. Used to have the piano player. Then doctor munchies was best. Now wallerys rules is Salem

Have not had Pietros in a long long time! It’s just as good as I remember it being. Fun place to have some food and play some games. Brings back fun memories of my hometown Pietros location (Puyallup, WA) def was worth my detour to stop in!:)

Jenna is the manager and she is a very disrespectful and challenging women. She alone is the reason me and my family will never come here again. Took an hour and a half to get 2 personal pizzas. I watched countless people order after me and left well before me. Again Jenna is the worst Manger I've ever encountered. I've been coming here for years now, no! You guys really let my family down. Also the bathrooms were worst than an outhouse. Horrible management, at least have some pride where you work. Smh. Pietro's is the epitome of bad management. Just go in when that lady Jenna is working and you'll see how the owners care about that establishment. I feel bad for the high schoolers that they are being taught Horrible work ethic. No wonder our children are lost when they can't even learn how to work from a pizza parlor. Smh, sad. Thank you Jenna!

The pizza is always great. The really sad thing was that every other game I went to play with my granddaughter who turned 6 last night was not working and some even took money and did not work. It's a shame that they have such a great thing going and are letting it just fall apart more and more. The place was packed so I know money is not the issue. To whomever owns this establishment, shame on you for not trying to serve your community who is the backbone to your business and just want a place to come and have a good time with family and friends. I hope this is eventually addressed and is taken care of because it could be awesome and a great pillar of the community. But please don't change the pizza.

Not quite what it used to be. Didn't get our order correct even though they verified it with us. Was just not what I remember it being.

I rate it three because I've known it since I was a little kid, but it desperately needs more thorough cleaning these days

Pizza was alright but they definitely need to do some maintenance on their arcade. About half their games were out of order and not clearly marked as so. When you have a chance kid excited to be in a arcade they don't pay attention to little hand written out of order signs. Other than that it was alright

We had our first visit last night for an early anniversary celebration. We got an email for a complimentary heart shaped pizza to celebrate our anniversary. We were excited after we ordered znd found a nice booth to sit at. But when we got the pizza the server just set it infront of us and walked away. Didn't ask if we needed anything or if it was ok. It definitely wasn't heart shaped. We got half and half but my half only had 2 slices with the toppings I wanted. It was. Good pizza but with that and not being heart shaped like we were told was disappointing.
We went to play games after with our kids and over half of the games were out of order. The games we did play a few of them took our tokens. So it was getting frustrating. But our little ones had fun so we ended on a good note with their happiness. Definitely will be back because the pizza was good. But will probably limit it to just a place to eat.

Birthday parties with the chance to play laser tag or mini golf for extra charge. But you can go in and play these games without a Birthday party as well. Kids to adults.

Decent pizza, mostly a place for kids. They do have an amazing salad bar. Lots of fun, running around for the kids.

The pizza is delicious and there are a lot of videogames to keep the kids and adults entertained plus lasertag!

Ordered pizza from hotel across the street and they couldn’t even get it there. Waited 2.5 hours for a pizza that never showed. What a joke…

I had pizza delivered through Grubhub. It arrived warm, plenty of toppings, and nice crispy crust. I definitely recommend!

Best veggie pizza anywhere. Wanted to grab some food for camping as I was driving south down I5. I thought, let's see what a $38 15" veggie pizza can do? As a former Domino's employee I know their $9 large is only 14" so that's clearly slightly less than 15".

BUT (sarcasm aside) I was impressed with the mountain of veggies on this pizza. The only distraction was there seemed like there were so many cool games and my inner-child was likes YES ALL THE GAMES and my adult alcoholic self was like NOO CAMPING WITH FRIENDS

We were here on Sat. September for 16th at 3: 30 for my grandson's birthday party. He is 8 now. I was very impressed with everything including the tables that were reserved for us and the delicious pizza! Especially noteworthy were the 2 young men who were in charge of the prizes counter. I did not get their names, but they were so kind and helpful when the children were selecting their prizes. No one was rushed and they repeated the same information over and over without ever becoming impatient. Kudos to them because this is such a big deal to the children who win their tickets!

I remember this Pietros from decades of fun here, going back to my high school days in the late 70's!

Pietro's shut down their Springfield and Eugene locations years ago so when I'm up north I swing into Pietros. It amazes me that 30 years later that their pizza still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Tonight's pizza was perfect. It was the best pizza I have probably ever had. Wish they would re open locations closer to home.
