Last 3 times i have put gas here it has gone quicker the any other place i put gas at i tough i was just imagining things because i always put gas here but on my last road trip i was panicking by the time i got to the dallas because i was running out of gas so i filled up again there at safeway and made it to seaside drove around the costal cities and back to portland. I decided to fill up a couple more times thinking its a fluke but every time i have the fuel goes quicker then when i fill at costco or spaceage.

Friendly staff and a very welcoming place to stay and eat. I love the themes of different clothing the staff do! It's a cute place.
The ladies working at the Subway in particular are awesome!

You can't fill up on gas, here. You have to guess how much a fill-up would cost and then put in that number, even if you use a credit card. I've been to hundreds of gas stations and never seen that in my life

One of my favorite truck stops in the area.
Clean showers, courteous and helpful employees, big overflow asphalt parking lot. There’s also an RV section.
Great offers in the store, for once I found fresh, tasty salads and good fruits. McDonalds and Subway inside.
Like any other truck stop, it will fill up by late afternoon, but there are some pay-to-park spots.
Fairly easy to get in and out.

Used to be a great place but employees are to busy talking to each other and complaining about customers in front of other customers. One good way to drive off customers.

This is a pilot that caters to trucks, not rvers. I called first and was told to come they had plenty of spaces available. True, just not for rvers. The rvpark has the name Pilot but is not affiliated with the gas station. I got here early afternoon and the RV park was full. (I don't think they have a lot of availability). Talked to the manager on duty she said for me to stay in the truckers overflow lot. 3 stars because of professional mangement. RVers not a good overnight spot.

This pilot truck stop is best truck stop I have visited, Employees here are really polite really professional and their customer service is great I met the two cashier Britni and Shannon these ladies are good soul love to help drivers. Thank you pilot will Definitely come back

There was a police officer directing vehicles on their property. I understand he has no job skills or work ethic to get a real job but I'm just trying to get gas and get back on the road. He freeloads off the tax payers then plays gas pump director for ya'll.

Drive from Pendleton too Boardman for work every day I stop and get lunch stuff breakfast stuff gas, the manager was very very rude not professional at all bad customer service as well, will not stop by there any more have lost my business for good, also will not stop at any of them ever again.

I get it dealing with customers can be draining at best BUT it is your job to at least PRETEND like you want to be at work. Maybe the hiring and training practice should be better because this whole place was an example on what NOT to do.

I deliver to Walmart in hermiston so I always stop here. Staff is always nice especially the cinnabon lady. Just wish they had pizza. But all good

To expensive than others pilot's, customer service at day is good, at night is ruff.good variety at fruits, salads but to expensive, clean restrooms.
