I ordered just the egg and cheese biscuit because I’m not big on meat. It came out quick. The biscuit was so good and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The Arnold Palmer was very good and not too sweet. The server was very accommodating and friendly. The place was very clean. I’m from out of town and I was looking for something good and quick. This was the perfect spot.

The biscuit sandwich I had was tasty. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. I had to take a star off because the dining area wasn’t clean. There were a lot of old cups around and the tables weren’t wiped down. Maybe I came after the rush but it wasn’t clean the entire time I was there. I would still visit again cause the food is good.

The food was great. Ordered a chicken fried steak with eggs. Food came out pretty quick. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

What used to be a reliable morning breakfast staple has very must lost its edge. Slow service when visibly not busy. Ready plates sitting waiting for 5 minutes. I don’t know what’s happened to this PSB location, but I think I’m done.

Food is excellent, but service was amongst the worst I’ve seen. The staff was polite at least but my order took 60 minutes as opposed to the 20 minutes I was told, and I wasn’t alone in that. There were constantly 3-4 customers waiting at the counter to ask why their food is so delayed, and in one case a customer’s food had been sitting in a bag ready in the kitchen for 20 minutes. Seemed you had to actively nudge the staff for them to take any care of you. The whole room was filled with people sitting around looking frustrated and confused. That, and the staff were not tending to anything in the dining area; tables not getting cleaned between customers, order numbers not getting picked up off the table. I’ve been to the Division St.location and had a good experience there, buts it’s been a year. Hopefully still good over there.

Biscuits and gravy is the ultimate comfort food that never fails to give me a hearty and warm feeling. There’s nothing quite like looking forward to the aroma of freshly baked biscuits wafting through the restaurant. The chicken fried steak was delightfully crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, which paired perfectly with the creamy and savory gravy.

The food is good, but they really lack vegan options - all you can really do here is hash browns and vegan sausage. Reviews mentioning good vegan options are misleading.

The chicken, biscuits, and gravy were excellent! It took a little longer to come out than I expected, but totally worth it. The price was alright, too.

This place is wonderful. The food is delicious and huge. The coffee was wonderful. I enjoyed the atmosphere of dining in and the staff, especially the cashier, was very friendly which truly brightened my day. I love the We Choose Love sign too.

We ordered the Reggie Deluxe and waited for about 20-30 min. I wouldn't have minded it much, but turns out our order had been ready and waiting for us when we went up to the staff to ask, so it had been sitting there a bit already. Overall, a decent biscuit sandwich. Just wished we got it when it was fresher and sooner since we were catching a flight. I wouldn't mind coming here to try something else again.

Cozy little spot close to the hotel I was staying at. Food is excellent. Parking is hard to come by so you may want to walk if that's an option. It was very busy on Saturday morning. The location seems to be too small for the demand. Nobody in my group had a bad thing to say about the food.

Food is delicious, Everything was so good! The seating is a little awkward since it’s very small place, not sure I would recommend to take little kids.

The service was good, as well as the blueberry pancakes my son ordered.
My biscuit was hard and crumbly, so I was given a refund, which they were nice about.

Biscut sandwich I got was doused in syrup so it was a struggle to eat. It tasted good. Fast casual setting. Not sure I understand the hype but it's fine for what it is.

I just had the most frustrating experience. This used to be a favorite location but I will not be back. I ordered an Arnold Palmer that tasted like it had turned sour, so I returned it. Then our plates finally came out after an hour wait and the person who delivered them failed to mention the plate was very, very, very hot. I reached for my plate after they sat it down on the table and burned my hand, which blistered. I yelled out and the person turned and said "oh yes hot plate", while walking away. They didn't ask if I was ok or offer ice although I was holding my hand and obviously hurt. I was too upset to eat my food afterwards. I understand this is a busy location but this is a hazard to customers and the incident didn't seem to phase the person who dropped off the plates. I walked up and told the person that I had badly burned my hand and that they needed to be more cautious of letting people know and they just apathetically said "Oh yeah, I'll be sure to let people know! " No apology or asking if I was ok. I took my food and left.

Excellent eggs and hash brown. Friendly people. Next time I’ll get the Reggie fried chicken bacon gravy and biscuit. Both are great
