Pioneer Park reviews
15Interesting, meeting someone, and we kicked it together all day. Until he brought me back to Nan Mel's, he was a good guy to my family. Different
Excellent family park! Extremely kid friendly and open grass area for dogs to run and play. Public bathrooms which are usually open. Covered picnic area with several picnic tables and bbq for reserved use. A park full of all sorts of fun possibilities!
What a fun playgroud! There is even a seperate section for little tots and nice clean water fountains too!
Includes a huge playground with forts, bridges and tunnels for the kids to climb, and lots of things for them to practice physical skills (monkey bars, rope climbing etc). Only negative is that the playground gets HOT in the summer months as there is no shade.
Great little Park easy to find, it looks like a Castle Park with plenty to do for all ages. I tend to worry about structures being too tall for the little ones but this was a decent size!
Kids enjoyed the variety of play structures and I enjoyed that there was a fence so they couldn't run off in a direction I couldn't see.
This park was so much fun for the whole family. It is enclosed so the kids are safe to roam and explore. Multiple levels and turns to help get the energy out of the little ones. There is even a little free library!
Nice covered picnic area directly outside the playground enterance. Bathrooms are close by and very clean. Handicapped accommodations.
Aside from some loose trash, one of the coolest, beautiful, and dedicated parks I've seen!
A little sad to see the little library is missing from this park now.but it's a great park to take the Littles
Great "castle" play structure which is fun for kids and even teenagers. Nice open space for playing catch, and covered picnic areas.
Firstly, it's a park, a grassy area. Not much to expect. Although it does have a covered seating area where my party took place and although it is a small covered area compared to other parks I have been to, it is great for gatherings. It has what looked to me like a great playground for kids, both the covered seating and the play structure are located right next to the parking, or at least within fifty feet or so. I honestly wish it had more trees though, but that's just me.
Great kid-friendly park and play structure! A destination in its own right. Lots of fun things for all ages. There is a shelter with picnic tables and a restroom. Plenty of shade trees in summer. It even has a Little Free Library sponsored by the Pendleton Lions Club.
Spring is springing in Pioneer Park, even if it is February. The Little Free Library was restocked. Please feel free to drop off some of your books. We especially need books for kids, teens, and teens.
For a history buff like me, it used to be an old cemetery from around the turn of the century, and from outside the park you could see two of the remaining tombstones standing.
Very fun and pleasant place for children and teens! The play structure is safe and sturdy with plenty of room! So many places to climb and run, the possibilities are endless! The only down side is that they remove the tire-swing every once in a while, it's often gone for about 3-7 days and then returns.
Nice park & playground. We stopped there while on a road trip for kids to take a break. Clean bathrooms
