We have rented a lot of equipment from them. Equipment always works great. Heavy equipment trailers, however, are not maintained as well. On 2 separate occasions, we have rented trailers with bad or inoperable brakes. When pulling 10k, I don't think it's too much to expect working trailer brakes for the safety of your customers.
Time is money for the customer, too. I can't drop a job or throw my schedule to return equipment. Please maintain your rentals.

No attempt was made to make this right. Desk clerk didn't care. A dangerous situation caused by faulty equipment led to this negative review as constructive criticism. Your response was to blacklist me. Interesting business tactic. Horrible customer service earned you my one star.

Reserved a piece of equipment. Employees reassured the product would work for our machine. Went to go pick it up on the way to the job site and the attachment was for a completely different machine. Lost the job! Company had no interest in making something work. They acted like it was a mistake on our end! We take pride in making our customers happy. In return for our lost job today because of a “mistake” we offered a discount for future work to our customer. Unfortunately we were not meant with the same hospitality from pioneer. Lose lose.

These folks are the BEST. Can't say enough. They have everything I need at the best price around.

My mom used to come here when I was little, she would rent a rototiller for our garden every now and then. This was my first time renting something from this business as an adult. Everyhand was on deck, smiles, and they loaded an air compressor in my car for me! Support local business!

They really came through for me today. Great service. Had a unique item I needed ASAP and couldn’t find anywhere else. They were quick and I was in a hurry.

They always have the tool we need at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly. Busy place on weekends, I recommend reservations.

I've rented from here several times over the past 9 years. Equipment was great, staff were good, that is until today. There hours say: 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm on Sunday's! So I go to rent a lift and the guy says they close at 1: 00 pm. After arriving at noon expecting to have the lift until 2 for $$30.00 this guy wanted to charge me $50.0] overnight. He should of charged me $30 & said see you in the morning. I won't rent from these people again.

Had a great experience with these guys. I could not be happier with the way the transaction went with them. Thank you pioneer for being an upstanding business.

Tempted to give 4 stars because one of the pieces of equipment I rented didn't work and didn't come with a power adapter, but they didn't charge me for the rental. And that's just what happens with rented tools sometimes. Otherwise helpful folks and good to work with.

Pioneer Rental is great. Fast service, low prices and their staff is professional. I've rented twice from them and will continue to in the future.

Rented the 12 inch chipper. I was very pleased at the ease of picking up and dropping off. Yard staff were jovial, joking and seeming to have a good time while working efficiently to get a line of customers their equipment. I will return for that same chipper again. It is a beast, only had a problem when I put a big pile of twiggy branches through and noticed that it had plugged the chute. A few minutes of prodding and it shot it clear, back to business and no more problems (especially with large wood). Zip zam, right through it.
