Pizza Hut, The Dalles OR

Never received my order and then was told they would refund my money but did not so I called and the lady told me her manager would call me at his convience and has not yet. Will not order from there again.

My food was cold, barely any souce, no chiccen in my chiccen Alfredo we didn’t get are bread sticcs was an hr late, and when I called they said we can only give you store credit of 25 dollars and then hanged up ppppssshhh I’m on the phone with them rn and been on hold for 5-10 mins

Worst costumer service ever I order a pizza to be delivered, that never showed up to my house when I called the store mpre than an hr later a really rude lady answered said my order was still there at the store and I could come get it. Didn't even apologize and then proceeded to hang up on me very rudely. Forsure never ordering from pizzahut ever again.

Not many businesses have employees who care about their job and show it. I was very surprised at how much the employees cared about doing a good job and making the customer happy.

My family and I took a small break from pizza hut because it was not the greatest but this time everything was made perfect and the taste was amazing and now it's dominos that can't get anything right

There's no point ordering from Pizza Hut if you have to throw away your order because it's too cold and unsafe to eat. My order took over an hour to reach me and it was cold and incorrect. They used a service to deliver, and my dinner was not in a warmer bag. I'm also tired of ordering with contactless delivery and having someone in my face when I open my door. It's a simple concept, but the Hut, just can't seem to understand it. Lastly, i hate their tip calculator. I am not going to tip on the $6 delivery fee. When you choose a custom tip it shows you are tipping far below the customary norm. I guess they're attempting to guilt you into a higher tip.

I called and ordered a pizza they were out of everything except super thin crust told me 30 minutes I called them back in 70 minutes and asked if they were coming the girl was super rude and said they're out of dough and she doesn't know what to tell me never will we eat there again!

Ordered 1 single pizza and it took almost 2 hours to even reach my house. When i talked to them about it some slow lady said they transferred my order to doordash? And I should have gotten a confirmation code. Why is this a thing and why doesn't someone call. 40 bucks for 1 pizza and it takes 2 hours and 18 minutes and the slow lady hangs up on me. Ugh Dominos next time! ENDED UP CANCELING MY ORDER WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING AnD WHEN I CALLED THE GUY SAID "THATS WHAT WE DO AROUND HERE"

The most rude and unprofessional person I have Iverson talked to on the phone. And then hung up on me. Pizza hut will never get my business again

The customer service was pushy and rude! I tried to placed a order online but it wouldn't load. In the past the savings has been honored if i called in and ordered while the online was down. When i told this the the lady on the phone she cut me off and put me on hold and then when she got back on the phone she basically stated i was lying! This was rude and uncalled for. Come to find out it was the assistant manager, she needs to learn customer service skills and patience!

Delivery stuff are always late when. I call the manager for a double charge she was very rude

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered pizza at 10: 40, they close at 11 but called to tell me they weren’t taking anymore orders because they were “getting ready to close”. Bunch of lazy people there not wanting to work until they close. I’ll NEVER order here again.

Tried ordering “manager” kept hanging up on me couldn’t oder, terrible customer service, finally ordered online and they gave me wings with so much sauce i coulda sauced the whole bird so i couldn’t even taste the chicken.my brother had to whipe it off with a paper towel.if this much sauce fell on the floor i’d have to put up a wet floor sign in my own house.ruined wings for my life

I usually get the same stuff always. If I do change it up. I still always order pan style crust and pay the extra. Never had a bad order til this recent order and it was a hand tossed and the toppings where wrong half olive is not the whole things. Maybe next time

I will not be visiting again. The food was disgusting and cold and there was human hair in both of the pizzas i got. It took TWO hours to get my order. The customer service was horrendous, I was put on hold a total of 20 minutes three different times, and when i went into the store to get the missing items two of the employees were out front smoking and allowing the phones to ring off the hook while one guy worked to make orders! There is no excuse for bad customer service. I can sympathize with short staffing but this was just rude entitled employees.

My fiancé ordered from this location and we were staying at a hotel where he did put in the room number. They apparently had my number and I couldn’t answer my phone. They then canceled his order and when he called got the oh it’s your fault for not answering and you didn’t put in the room number. Which he double checked. Also charged $17 more then he ordered for. Seriously not happy with the treatment and the pizza and wing were cold at this point.
