Pizza Hut, Troutdale OR

If I could put a 0.1 star, then I would. The night manager tonight at 11: 30 pm, was grossly rude and unprofessional. She is calling customers names and is severely rude to people that have been picking up orders after midnight and telling them that that is entirely wrong.

Horrible service! Their manager is ridiculously rude! My pizza was picked up by an imposter and she kept stating that I am a lier trying to get a second pizza for free…even though I’ve proved that I was the one that ordered it.

Manager is rude when you are trying to resolve an issue with the online order. Although it’s clear that the error was the app and not the restaurant. The manager was short, rude and not trying to be understanding or empathetic. Poor customer service.

Always great at this pizza hut. Last 4 years have been trying the hut on181st off and on. So been doing papa Murphy. I was by the Troutdale hut decide to give it a try and it was great. Maybe should train 181st.at Troutdale

Stacy was very kind and made accommodations for my family and myself. She even threw in a free cheese bread. Kindness and understanding go a long ways, thank you Stacy! We appreciate you!

Terrible service.terrible pizza. Pizza was super later and cold. No one would answer the phones. They would just hang up. Poor quality on all aspects. Pizza and breaksticks weren't even cut at all. Will not be going back or letting anyone I know order from them.

I'm a pizza hut fan so much better than domino's and papa John's I ordered from the Gresham location online was easy the service was great

They seriously messed up the timing of my order. It was ready an hour early so I ended up serving reheated pizza. Seriously disappointed

Condiment aren't free any more. Soon you will need to pay for a pizza box. Oh shoot I just gave them an idea. Sorry everyone. Real pizza restaurants give your free fresh red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese and charge the same as a mid size family's order. I guess the Hut says it all.

Fresh, quality ingredients and toppings. Quick delivery and service! Pizza hut has always been a great choice and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!

Pizza was 10bucks 3 topping and ready in 20min. And it was so dam good I should have just got 2

The big new Yorker from this particular pizza hut was the worst pizza I've ever had if I could give a half a star I would. Hopefully they see this and try and change some employees and train other ones how to make pizzas correctly.

I would have paid extra for my pizza to be cooked!

Orderd online for pick up and it was ready quick and easy. We got they triple treat box it was great the cinnamon rolls were smaller then expected but still delicious!

They messed up on one order and it was okay it just wasn't what I wanted and I told them. They insisted on replacing it even though I stated it was not necessary. I have subsequently shopped there multiple times and have nothing but good things to say about the quality of the food and the people that work there.
