By far my favorite pizza place. I am allergic to pork, and I was informed there was no pork products served on the pizza. It had been so long since I had pepperoni, and I am so happy I can chooses any pizza at Pizza Nostra, and I won’t get sick! Thank you for that!
Got the Giant cheese where every slice is. 3 square feet with 12 slices and gotta say, pretty good pizza?
Whomever made my Fremont pizza last night, that was astonishingly great. The roasted garlic, rosemary, olive oil, mushrooms blend, was exquisite. Damn fine sausage, too! Definitely will be back for more.
From the east coast here - spending a pretty penny on one of these pies is worth it, trust me.
Some of the best single slices I've had.
Crusty undercarriage, delicious cheese profile, and great people that work there. Highly recommend, especially if you're in the North side of town.
You have been warned - Bad pizza, rude owner, unruly staff. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Freemont. As the post says, you have been warned.
The pizza is absolutely my favorite in he neighborhood. And even the dairy free pizza is really really good, which is hard to find anywhere else in Portland. Personally I recommend this place for takeout as there isn’t much dining space. The pizza is amazing hot but also makes a really great breakfast the morning after.
I absolutely enjoy their dishes and customer service, good location close to my residence. The workers are always super nice. Will come back again.
My only salvation in the workday is a slice of their delicious pizza and the succulent wings.
Looked them up online, followed the link, ordered delivery and paid through the online order function. Delivery driver drops the pizza on the ground as he approaches my house and then, apologizing, says he is going to go back and will have them make another and replace it. He leaves. I never hear from him again.
An hour and half later I call Pizza Nostra and ask about my replacement pizza. Guy on the phone tells me that that was actually a postmates delivery driver and that they aren't responsible and won't do anything about replacing the pizza or offering a refund.
Turns out their link just makes you order through postmates (which I have never used, don't even have an account with them). It also turns out that if you have a problem there is no quick or easy way to get a hold of postmates, especially if you don't have an account with them. It took me four hours to find a number, wait on hold and then get them to refund my money (but not the tip I included for the delivery because they don't do that).
Thanks for responding. I had my pizza replaced and it was delicious!
Ordered a 15” Caprese and 18” pepperoni. We are a family of 5 with a teenage boy, so it was the perfect amount. Pizza was fantastic! Thin and foldable, great flavor and fresh basil was delish. Will def order again.
Really good pizza!
Love that you have pork Free options & my family barely can tell the difference.
Very friendly staff.maybe delivery is a little bit slower, but good things are worth waiting for! Never been disappointed.
Got sick from their pizza. Ate it at 8: 30 last night fresh from their oven and at 1am both me and my wife woke up having horrible stomach pain. I'd stay away from this place. Gave 2 stars because i have had ok pizza from them in the past and the workers are v nice.
The pizza sauce tastes like lunchables pizza, more sugar than seasoning. St John's has so many pizza options this is a darn shame.
