Welcome to the judgement zone. I was asked to leave because someone "told on me" for not wearing a mask despite the fact that I got in with no issues and am exempt. Cancelled today.

My husband And I signed up together we were allowed 1 visitor combined we took our daughter.
Due to my health we decided the gym was not safe for me because I have a compromised immune system.
We were unable to cancel our membership because of Covid-19 and the gym closing.
My husband went In as soon as it was open and canceled our membership.
No money came out in the month of June then this week July 1 they took 40.00 dollars our claiming I did not cancel my membership.
We were joint and they did not tell him that I needed to do anything to cancel.
They sent me a copy of my contract and were very rude about all of it. Now they say they only took 22.06 not 40.00 from my husbands account. When we have proof they took 40.00. I do not recommend them at all.

I've noticed Some of the employees telling patrons that they needed to wear a mask TO work out, I'm all for masks indoors, but this made me feel very unsafe. They are doing a good job of cleaning and social distancing, but unless your already in pretty good shape, I would recommend another gym, or waiting til they've figured out a safer environment. (Also for all the talking about how "Anti-bullying" they are, maaaaybe they should have had the McMinnville Staff watch some of that? Name badges don't make it any better)

Great place to workout! They have all the gadgets and gizmos. Bunch of TVs. Friendly service. What more could you ask for? RECOMMENDED!

Clean, friendly staff. The employee at the counter effortlessly bantered with us. (The lady in Hillsboro was amazing also, this speaks highly of the culture there management cultivates). I feel comfortable asking for my needs to be met.

I do like the environment they try to shove down your throat and the heavy stylized atmosphere but it may be a bit much for some.

Your first visit to each club needs to have guided tour, they do somethings other gyms do not and it is a little overwhelming to try to figure it all out (I feel like they would have if I asked btw). Lots of machines that are lined up by muscle group but trying to figure out how to go about it is a little intimidating.

My only real complaint is the lack of free weights. Sometimes machines are not the way to go and the machines they have are a lot different from other places, so yhe learning curve is a little steep. But my workout was on par with old school gyms and much faster.

Overall if you are looking for a quick workout with little hassle and be treated like you matter come here.

Price point.this is where it is at. Classic is dirt cheap, I think $10. Now the black card. $22.99 a month and you get 20% off Reebok.com, free training, tanning, travel discounts.the list goes on. The value is extreme.

I have Tivity so I can work out at multiple other franchises with my account but they are allowing me to pay an additional $10 to get their black club card. Customer service man. These guys get it.

Take away the annual membership fee and add free weights and this would be a no brainer 5 star. But with that said the customer service and value will keep me a member no matter what.

Compared to other planet fitnesses, this one is horrible. I even live in the area and am appalled at the quality of this planet fitness. Love row machines and they're not offered in McMinnville, and I was told we needed to wait three years before they can add or change anything. The locker rooms are dark and dank and dirty. Would love an upgrade/remodel when that three years is over. Thank you.

I have been going to this gym since they first opened. I was excited and happy to have such a nice facility at such an affordable price. It is kept very clean and the equipment is always an excellent condition. They are always friendly and helpful.

I have been working out here for over a year and it is a great gym. The staff are friendly and it is spacious and clean.

Another guest stole my money $220 and they put the blame on me! Ok bit you probably have surveillance that shows who goes in and out of there, looking for guest with tan light shoes

Not only do staff help me with whatever I need, the equipment is amazing too! So many options to choose from plus I can go whenever I want!

Can’t beat the membership rate and the equipment variety and condition are good. The female staff however are decidedly cold. Greetings are begrudging at best, they usually say nothing and may not even make eye contact. As a member, I don’t feel welcome here.

Gym experience is great! Highly recommend if you never plan on cancelling but i WOULD NOT recommend the autopay! We have had a ton of issues with sparratic withdrawal dates and cancelling is almost impossible.we have had our account for around 3 years now and have tried to cancel several times.every time there is always some new thing we owe or reason it will cost us $$$. We called a few days ago and were told all we needed was a signature and today were told we need to pay a years worth of interest on a prior missed payment to get the automatic withdrawals to stop

Because they talk people into phones they get the biggest commission on, tell you, I have the same phone, I love it when they actually have a bunch of decoy phones. Change your plan into a higher costing one. Once you leave the store and you have to deal with the company via phone, they don't help you much, nor do they care, even when you've been with then for years and years. I just dumped them and went with US Cellular. Added a line, all unlimited and it cost me half the price monthly. Would not recommend Verizon. They have gotten too big for their britches and don't care about their customers.

5 days a week, clean, lots of machines, friendly staff and open 24/7. Way cheaper than 24hr fitness.

You get personalized service to set up a fitness plan tailored to meet your goals. Also quite a great variety of equipment and exercise areas!

Overall great gym. Customer service can be a bit better at times. Walked through the door a couple of times, and employees were engaged in their conversation rather than greeting me.

I just go there because it's none judgement zone. I am kinda "fluffy" and I am in my mid 50's.

Is there a fitness group on Facebook for Mcminnville Oregon Planet Fitness for support workouts and dieting ect?

Equipment was nice and the facility itself was huge, the only problem when we visited (while we traveled through town for a few days) was there was no hot water for showers the first day and while we survived that, management said it would be fixed the next day. It wasn't fixed the next day and the same debris that was in both the men's and women's locker rooms (on the floor) was still there the next day. The men's locker room also had a fly problem in the showers which was pretty gross.
