Safe place to live. Cozy. Quiet. I truly was happy to see charity work, volunteer for the pets or adults causes, etc in the building. Just my thank you so much for everything. I'm gonna miss you all.

I was waiting for a final amount due as I terminated my lease early. There were FIVE different balances that was shared to me. I finally received the statement today with the correct balance and they charged me a late fee of $125. I asked for them to waive it because I wasn't sure what was the most accurate balance and they denied the request.

We moved to Platform 14 a month ago from Texas. We have had nothing but good experiences so far. The flat and rest of the building is attractive and impeccably-maintained (shout out to Travis and his elves). All the staff have been warm, accommodating and helpful and the community in general is excellent. We see ourselves being here for a long time.

Apartment itself, amenities, and area are great. Admittedly the whole Orenco Station area is wildly overpriced. Was unfairly charged pet rent for 6 months after paying an additional pet deposit and month of pet rent just to dog sit for my brother. Staff was told up front it was only dog sitting and that the animal was leaving inside the month. Apparently I had to inform them of the animal leaving a second time. Because when I noticed I had been charged for months after the sitting and asked about credits or working the problem out. I was quite simply told no.

Cool place to live, but read everything twice, adhere to every syllable of the documents you sign, and don't expect them to have any of the "we love our loyal customers" energy unless they have nothing to lose by doing it.

Lived in this apartment for over 2 years. The property manager and staff are amazing. They have social gatherings for all the residents. They are thoughtful and give cards on occasions like birthdays. I was working during the peak of Covid and they gave me a thank you card. The area is very nice with lots of places to dine just outside of the apartment. Orenco Train Station is just 2 blocks away. It's so convenient.

Couldn't say a bad thing about the place even if I wanted to. Unfortunately I'm moving out due to finding another job across the country but I would recommend this place to everyone. Everyone in the front is so nice and accommodating. 10/5 stars

Platform 14 is a great place to live. The staff is kind and helpful. They saved me a lot of time and money helping me get my car key back quickly after I dropped it down the elevator gap. Thanks again to Platform 14 for a great living experience overall!

I have been living here since June 2022, and I have to say that the place is simply a delight to stay in, the staffs here are very friendly and attentive to our needs, Kaleb is a great guy that helps you with your issues and provides good advice, Colleen's friendly and easily approachable for questions or issues, the maintenance crew here are also friendly and would immediately fix issues in your unit (Franklin, Roberto, Travis). Overall I would say that the staffs here made this place a much better place to live in. I was new to the states and I would definitely recommend folks new to the states to stay here to get familiar. Having a great staff makes a whole lot of difference. Facility wise, I don't use them much, but it's decent.

I toured this property with Kaleb yesterday and had an amazing well informed visit. Very beautiful property, great security with a number of amenities.

It's pricy, like any apartment in Orenco Station, but the staff try really hard to be nice and sociable and it's not too loud. Right next to a taphouse so there are trucks that come and go at all hours, which could be a bother, but I keep my window closed at night and don't notice. Energy costs are low due to the newness of the building which is nice. I don't know if I can afford to keep living here, but my time so far has been enjoyable.

Update 1/2023 - it’s been 6 (!) years since I first moved in to P14 and I’m still very happy with them. The current staff is incredibly nice and I’ve even become friends with some of them, and my dog loves to stop into the office and have everyone pay attention to her. My only complaint remains the pricing - though for Orenco Station, it’s hard to beat! I highly recommend this place, and I’m updating my score due to my consistently high quality of life here over the years.
