I am a retired dentist and am very happy with my choice to receive care from NWD Dental. The staff are personable, caring and skilled. Unfortunately, many clinics work to extract the highest fees. This practice feels like being in a good family- they work to understand your needs and limitations. I can not imagine a better experience

I've been a patient since 1996 when I was two years old and had had a dental emergency. Dr. Jenson and his team were wonderful! Fast forward 25 years and there have been some big changes that made me a bit apprehensive but Dr. Peterschmidt and Dr. Watkins are both great. They have done an awesome job keeping the office feeling like the same little personable and friendly place it's always been, while going through immense growth and modernization. They are thorough, patient, good at listening and make sure to address any questions or concerns you have. The real MVP though is Shelli, whose been my hygienist for the past 10+ years. She's the best. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

This is the best dental office in Eugene! Everyone that works there is incredibly nice, and Dr. Tyler is amazing!

After a bad experience I asked our Pharmacist if he could recommend a dentist. His emendate reply was Dr. Watkins at Jensen Family Dentistry (now PNW dentistry). In fact he said he would pay my bill if for some reason I didn't think she was the best. Well after my first visit he not only did not have to pay my bill, I owed him a dinner for the recommendation. In the past year our families experience with Dr. Watkins and Peterschmidt has been exceptional. They have the latest equipment and procedures to make a trip to the dentist pleasant. Just yesterday Dr. Watkins extracted an infected tooth. She carefully explained the process and compassionately, skillfully and painlessly removed the tooth. The entire team at this practice is exceptional. At this time our family including a son in law, daughter two grandsons and my wife and I are very satisfied patients of this practice.

I was unhappy with the Dentists I was seeing and started researching online and asking friends who they liked.and found Jensen Family Dental. I was actually looking for a Female Dentist and Dr. Susan Watkins was a member of their team. I read her “Meet Us” profile and really connected to her history of doing Compassionate outreach and care, with a Residency at the VA Hospital In Baltimore, and after that joining the Indian Health Services in Yakima Washington. Unfortunately I have had 2 crowns now, but there has been no pressure to rush into it and the care has been fantastic. They also have tv’s on the ceiling to distract you from your procedure. My Hygienist, Natalie is top notch as well. I feel great supporting this practice and am grateful to have found them. Oh and Dr Jensen has retired.so the name is changing soon.so look for Watkins Peterschmidt.

I was very nervous when Dr. Jensen retired and my dental care would be transferred to a different dentist in the practice. However, I am extremely pleased and appreciative of Dr. Susie Watkins who is absolutely a top notched skilled dentist. Not only is Susie a seasoned practitioner, she is professional, precise, kind, and accessible. I am a patient who requires extra time and numbing support. Dr. Watkins just prepped and placed a new crown for me and my experience was perfect. I give Dr. Susie Watkins (and the entire office staff) my highest recommendation.

I came to this dentist a couple years ago because they were the only ones that could get me in on such short notice to have some work done and they have done an excellent job. Tyler is so nice and easy to work with and Natalie cleans my teeth and she is awesome too. They have a great staff and everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I really like the quality of work and friendliness of staff here. Even after a root canal by DMD Tyler Peterschmidt and a short notice/quick response filling replacement by DMD Susan Watson. I have even encouraged my family to go here.

Fabulous dentist and office. I had yet to have my first appointment when I accidentally broke my front tooth. On top of that I had less than two weeks before leaving the country. Dr Watkins graciously and expertly managed the repair, working with the lab to get a perfect match in a quick time. Plus she’s just incredibly nice.

Dr. Tyler is a super nice guy and very easy to get a long with and talk to. All the staff is actually just the same, they are all really nice people. Dr. Tyler is a fantastic dentist and I am very happy about all the work he has done on my teeth. Can't say enough about the quality of his work! Highly recommended from me.

My family sees Dr. Tyler Peterschmidt and we have had the best experience. Both my kids love going to the dentist and Dr. Tyler always makes them feel comfortable. My youngest has had to have a lot of dental work done lately and it’s nice to have a dentist you trust. Dr. Tyler always takes the time to explain what’s going on is always encouraging! He is gentle and listens well. His staff are all very nice and helpful. If you've ever suffered from "dental anxiety, " rest assured.you're in very, very good hands here. Dr. Watkins and staff.from reception onward.are kind, professional, highly skilled and above all, HONEST. You will not feel taken advantage of, nor will you feel rushed or misunderstood. They listen and they hear you. I can't believe I'm writing a rave review about a dentist, considering my past hideously negative experiences, but Dr. Watkins is that good. Absolutely.

I have had the best experience at Jenson Family Dental. My first root canal was recently done there and it was literally painless. The staff is kind and polite. The doctors are relatable and present. The atmosphere is professional and relaxed. I am almost done with some pretty extensive work on my teeth and I couldn't be happier. I am confident and grateful for such a good experience at the dentist.

I have had many great experiences at Jenson Family Dental. Dr. Watkins is the best dentist I have ever had. I was referred by a friend of mine after having a terrible experience at another local dentist. Dr. Watkins helped me through my issues and really listened and provided great options for my care. I have been using this dental office for 35 or more years & I have had the best care & expertise that anyone could hope for. While over the years there has been some staff changes it has never wavered in quality. I highly recommend this office.

As someone who enjoys going to the dentist (I know, weird, right?) I have high standards for practice in charge of the care of my teeth. Dr. Tyler far exceeds those standards. He is very communicative, walking his patience through the process of the work he will perform on them. Many patients may be wary of dentists, not knowing what will take place, but with Dr. Tyler, you know what to expect and he checks in often to see how you're doing. His "bedside manner" definitely puts you at ease and instills confidence that he will take good care of you and your teeth.

I moved to Eugene from Houston, Texas and have never had such an enjoyable experience at a dentist. Every single person working at Jenson Family Dental has left such a positive impression on me every time i come in. Dr. Tyler is great, and my cavity fillings took like 15 minutes and i was on my way. Best dentist in Eugene hands down.

I've had consistently positive experiences as a patient at Jenson Family Dental for at least 25 years. Dr. Jenson always does an excellent job with minor and major dental work. I had crown prep work done by him last week and I had zero pain both during and after the procedure. The temporary stayed in and the permanent crown will be put in on Thursday. I've had a similar experience with Dr. Watkins and trust her completely. Marlene Storey is both passionate about her work as a dental hygienist and pleasant to visit with. The office staff is always helpful and cheerful.
