Having been curious about colon therapy for years, I finally took the plunge with Raquel at PNW Wellness. I’m sure I’m not the only person that was nervous for the first time, but Raquel’s expertise, professionalism and discretion put me at ease right away. The facilities are extremely clean and pleasant. Dr.said everything looked great, he was way impressed with the colonic session I did and was able to see everything - He said you don't even need to come back until 10 years from now if you don't want to. PNW Wellness is the only place that I will go for a colonic moving forward. The office and treatment rooms were clean and welcoming, the staff was professional and knowledgeable, and the colonic system was the most un-invasive and private that I have used. Raquel did my treatment and did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable. She went over my intake form thoroughly and addressed all of my concerns, thoughtfully explained the procedure so that I knew what to expect, and took the time to provide detailed aftercare instructions. Once we entered the treatment room, she walked me through the steps of the procedure and how I was in control throughout the entire process, which eased any remaining nerves that I had. As someone who has only previously used closed systems, I far preferred the open colonic system that PNW Wellness uses. At no point did I feel confused nor uncomfortable throughout the entire procedure. Afterwards, Raquel sent me home with a bag of magnesium epsom salt as a parting gift, which was much appreciated.

WOW! I really think PNW Wellness is absolutely the best colonic in Portland. I am a colon hydrotherapist for 20 years (I-ACT certified Instructor level) and have had colonics at 3 places in Portland and own a colonic center in Taos NM. What do I love so much about PNW Wellness? First, Marian Lemire the owner, is so genuine and truly caring and professional and second, she built a gorgeous cleansing center with Angel of Water colonic systems. Spa like yet expert care. Fantastic location, pristine clean and excellent value. Worth every penny.
