Took a lot longer than I thought, not good quality of work. They used nuematic drill to remove and return lugs on tire which makes them impossible to remove when the tool rounds off edges ofthe lug nut which is where the tire iron is suppose to set on and slide right off.spent 3 hrs on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere before a family member an hr away got me a tireplug kit so I could repair the tire I couldn't get off and fill it with and hope I make it the other 5 hrs to home. Ended up having to use pto time instead of making it tonwork.

The guys were super helpful and got me in and out quickly, which was what I needed. I had them just mount and balance some wheels and tires. They didn’t mount them on the vehicle. I took them him and put them in my garage and when I can put the next day to put them on, two of the 5 wheels weights had fallen off and were laying on the ground. Not sure what they did wrong but I’m going to have to take them in and have them rebalance those two wheels and put weights back on. I’m also worried that the other wheels may lose weights easily too.

Great experience. Only waited 45 minutes tops in their comfortable waiting room. Only needed a tire patch but others would take advantage of my lack of auto knowledge and would upsell me on a new/used tire so the honesty in this business is refreshing. I also got a quote for regular servicing (the same oil and filters service I got last week at a highly regarded competitor in town) and it was almost half as much! It’s a small family-owned business too so I will be going here for all my auto servicing needs from now on.

The service was great, they were quick and helpful. My frustration is with the fact that I called in to confirm the price before I drove down there, they told me a price and then when I went to pay they told me a difference that was 30% higher than what I was originally quoted on the phone. The guy met me in the middle, which I appreciate but it’s unfortunate we were in that position to begin with.
