Everyone has bad days, but I cannot recommend doing business with this company based on my only interaction with it last week. Based on the voice the individual answering the publicly provided business contact number, sounding white, male, of Oregon accent, combined with the publicly provided profiles of PGL associates (at time of submission) ; odds are the individual answering was Jeff.
He answered with "Hello. (silence) ", which is a sufficient start, though incomplete for a business. He then refused to identify both himself, nor confirm if the number called was associated with the PGL advertised despite requests repeated in reciprocation to his questioning, and my self identification. There was no progress beyond this, for he hung up. One prejudiced might assume from this account of mistaken entitlement that Mr. Pomeroy is a millennial employee of low wage/interest in PGL, or similarly stereotyped portion of the populace, but my findings contradict this. A public profile provides him the title of President and CEO of PGL.
Solicitations of services to collaborate across the US are currently advertised publicly for this company. We also see across the US, corporate and bureaucratic failures due to deficiencies (like lack of accountability at the top of a long list) among administration and supposed leadership, with detrimental societal effect. If PGL leadership claims to have been developing its professionalism since '91 (or longer?), then my disappointing experience is one more unfortunate finding of many. Fortunately, in a theoretically open market economic environment, as the US claims to maintain, there are better competitors (in many aspects) with whom to collaborate in PGL's sector until (if ever) PGL leadership reforms to consistently express respect, professionalism, and equality (at minimum) for all with whom they/it interact (s).
