Pomp's Tire Service reviews
163 family members work here at the Portland, Oregon location. They have super low tire prices and terrific customer service.
Terrible service. I went there for a tires I asked for the best ones and they sold me the only set they have now the truck feels terrible and I go back and ask and they told me is the quality of the tires. They want to sell me another set…. Terrible place to get tires
Jason and staff are knowledgeable quick and very thoughtful about taking care on your vehicle
Absolutely great service, very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Had our ice cream truck installed with hard to find tires back on the road in no time!
After waiting 3 hours for a road side call to have a trailer tire changed I called this company directly. I spoke with Karen who stated she was not able to get their road side tech to answer the phone. Then I was given to Brandon whom was the manager who stated the tech was trying to get to me as I5 was closed due to fatality. I called portland police, and the oregon state police. Both stated that I5 was not closed. Brandon cancelled the service call. I did not cancel it. Be careful with a company that will not honor their service calls.
Was on tight schedule as usual being a truck driver and they were on it immediately after I pulled in to replace bad trailer tire. Good guys & everyone was friendly, I appreciated the quick service!
Disguise are great I call them they got me there the same day the tires on my drug faster than estimated time
Carlos and Dylan were great, great prices, same tires I purchased from SLC location that lasted 90k, so much better than 20k tires from Daniels in SoCal.
These guys are great I've got enterprise Box truck they need tires badly within 2 hours they set me up and add me back on the road. Highly recommend them
Came there with a wheel issue. They didn't have what I needed but was willing to call there other shops. I let them know I had one more option. I let them know I found what I needed. I know if gcr had what I needed it would have saved me.will continue to Trade with them.
Best place for truck and trailer tires
They are fast, easy to deal with.you guys rock
Replaced all 10 tires on a bobtail a week ago with bridgestone m760 drive and 284a steers. The place did a great job I'm happy with the result. I asked the guys to clean the rim with a wire wheel where the bead seats and they did. And Scott was pretty easy to work with. I'll be in there again when time comes to put new tires on.
These guys are quick at fixing flats/patching tires. They do multiple trucks at one time. Friendly staff and efficient service.
I came to pick 60 tires late on Friday, right before they are cloused. They helped me to load all of my tires on my trailer and Associate Manager Pam Andersen offered me to stay on their property and take my time to secure the load with straps as needed, even it was time to go home for her. She was patiently waiting on me to close the gate. Thanks. Eugene.
Needed two 11r24.5 steer tires, they had them in stock and got me in & out quickly and didn't burn up my 14hr clock. A+
Scott is a fair person, on the spot is good, but not on phone. He knows what he's doing usually recomend good fit.
