Kari, Dental Hygienist cleaned my teeth today. She was awesome. She was gentle with the scrapping of plaque off my teeth. I told her I want to keep her as my dental hygienist. She’s extremely good at what she does.

A true 5 star dentist experience! I can’t say enough good things. The entire staff was very friendly, and outgoing and helped make my visit fast and easy. My treatment (two fillings) were completely pain free and the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a dentist chair. The modern equipment and methods used in their practice are very obviously for the comfort of the patient. I am just so relieved to find such a great dentist office in Bend.

So I had my 1st appointment with my new dentist today. I was totally impressed! Very professional. Made me happy! I feel like I’m in good hands.

I personally really enjoyed my experience at this office. I personally had not been to the dentist in about a year, after my exam they were very nice in helping me figure out the work I would need done both financially and with personal time constraints. I also just had a filling done with them which was quick, looks and feels great, I would like to thank everyone down at Ponderosa Dental!

The staff knows who you are when you walk through the door they are friendly and the dentist explains everything very clearly more then all the others that I have seen

My first day at Ponderosa started at 9 am today and consisted of three parts; a filling, a mouth guard created, and a cleaning. A busy day. Throughout, the staff was professional and friendly. It was a very good first impression.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received. The entire staff is professional and outgoing. All the work completed was done gently and thoroughly. They were not running late and I did not have to wait. Dr Prentice carefully explained what he felt was the best course of action for my dental issues in a proactive way rather than waiting for the situation to get worse and then have to react to it with more costly and invasive procedures in the future. I appreciate the time given to me for a clear understanding thereby helping me make the best decision.

I traveled all the way back from VT just to get my teeth cleaned - best dental team in the world!

Just wanted to say what a great hygienist Kari was! I was nervous to have a new hygienist but she met my needs. She is also very knowledgeable and educated me on some products to better my oral health. Not to mention the awesome technology Dr. Prentice offers in the practice for his patients to better visually understand what is discussed throughout the exam.
