Pony Village Cinema reviews
18The mall needs to do it job and fix up the place. But the employees and the cinema itself is a good place and staffed with friendly staff that make your visit pleasant. We go monthly for their Tuesday and summer movie deals. The little girls love their popcorn and their pretzels and pizzas. Simple pizza but good.
Nicest staff. They never judge my request for extra extra extra extra butter flavoring on my popcorn. Yummy!
The fact that I order tickets on line and still have to wait 30+ mins missing part of the movie in their snack line for printouts is ridiculous. They have a single kiosk that is never working. And the manager was less than helpful about it.she stated if it's not working you have to wait in line.an walked off not even helping the line workers.
Typically clean with friendly staff. I know it's a common thing for movie theater snacks to coast a lot, but their prices are double to a lot. Gotta knock ya down a star for being ridiculous.
I went to an early showing to see the Barbie movie today, and during the climax of the movie, one of the employees actually walked through the entire theater and up to my seat in the middle, pulled my attention completely from the movie and told me "Take your feet off the seats! ". I had my ankle resting on my knee and my feet weren't even on the seat in front! This totally ruined the entire movie for me because I spent the rest of the show thinking about how rude it was of her to interrupt the movie like this, when she could clearly see my feet weren'ton the seat! I didn't even bother asking for my money back because I was so annoyed. I'll never come back to this place. The seats smelled and the floor was sticky anyway.
Excellent experience. We saw Sound of Freedom here. There was noise from the movie next door but you couldn't hear it once our show started. Employees were friendly and no one tried to search my bag, as previous people have said. Snacks were on par with other theaters. The temperature was fine. We would go back
Its the only conema in town. Would be great if they could update the seating and fix the screens that are clearly damaged.
Really love this little towns movie theater. I've had an awesome experience every time I've been. I would recommend it to everybody even if you're experience before the you thought was bad. You should come and give it another shot. They have really up their game and their movies are fantastic. Great staff! I really enjoy their help and they're very polite
Do not waste your time or money here. This place is filthy and over priced. The popcorn was stale and the floors and chairs were sticky. At one point my granddaughter's flip flop stuck to the
theater floor because it was so caked with filth (soda and other food I'm sure). The staff members that we encountered were rude and unprofessional. This place should be closed down, it provides nothing good for this already dying community.
Very slow service to buy tickets. Lights never went down completely, which was bizarre. Audio was loud in an unpleasant way and I usually don't mind loud.
Yikes. The employees insisted on searching my purse? They found a bag of candy that I’d had in there and made me take it back to the car. Okay, fine. But when I went back in they tried to SEARCH MY POCKETS? Telling me they had the right. What in the world? I decided I wanted my money back and the assistant manager Caylee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also she refused to refund the drinks and snacks we had purchased at the concession stand. There’s a reason this theater is run down and dying. I’ll certainly never go back. Very sad.
They search you for snacks before you go in now. They also check up on you during the movie to make sure you’re not eating outside food. Lol that’s just too much I don’t recommend this place at all.
Great cinema, friendly staff! Great movie selections and love the five dollar Tuesday movie tickets.
I go weekly. Prices are a bit steep and no healthier eating options but its a movie theater. Tis to be expected. The staff are always awesome and the theaters and bathrooms are always clean. Awesome place with awesome people
Going to this theater was a tradition of ours. However this will be the last trip here. Spending 50$ to be forced to open a little girls personal bag and show her feminine products is greedy and shameful. Then I had to empty my pockets for a 2$ bag of corn nuts I brought because I can't eat candy. They confiscated them from me We did buy stuff from the snack bar too but wow. They made her/us take her bag all the way back to the car. When we finally got in and seated the movie had already begun. Poor service from a dying industry.
So grateful we still have a theater close by. The staff is always friendly, the popcorn is always fresh and the bathrooms are cleaned regularly. I try to visit once a week, depending on the movie selection.
Even though they have lots of little theaters it's a nice place to go with the family. Right now they have $5 Tuesday it's for any movie! It makes it so much adorable for families! What a great idea to get business on a slow week day.
Absolutely needs a complete makeover.have fun with garbage seats and the after math of it. Staff can be questionable
