I've been extremely happy with the service at Poolside Jan's. We recently were away from our house for an extended period. When we returned, our hot tub had algae in it and a terrible brown ring around it. I called Poolside Jan's, who had been servicing our spa, and asked them what might be the matter. I explained that we were having guests that weekend and were hoping to use the spa. I asked if there would be any way to respond within a couple of days. They arranged an employee to respond that same day, to check out the problem. It turns out it was our fault (we didn't have the hot tub turned up high enough). The employee who responded drained the tub, re-filled it, fixed the algae problem with chemicals, and even scrubbed and scrubbed trying to remove the stain. They went over and above what I had expected them to do, and I was so impressed with their level of responsiveness. Thank you Poolside Jan's!
I had these guys come by to give me an estimate. After not hearing anything for a week I called back they apologized and said they needed to send out a smarter guy to give me an estimate. After they sent the second guy And I didn't hear anything for a week I decided not to call back again
