6What a beautiful launch for wind sports! The Port and the County really stepped up to bring joy to many.
I have right decided to take an exit for taking a break from the long drive.
A great facility with well-maintained boat launch with mooring available in the marina and an RV park. There is also a car camping area available for $10 a night.
Good place to stop for a break. Nice park with water for a swim. If you have an RV there is a small rv park where you can stay or get water and dump your tanks.
I love the port of Arlington. I84 goes over the town so you can easily walk from the port into the charming town.
Traveling upriver in a cabin cruiser with 4 crew. Nice sheltered place for the night but every train will wake you up! Minor gripe: cardlock fuel dock only dispenses $75 fuel (10 gallons) then shuts off. In a multi-engine boat like mine, had to re-fuel using more than one card. My electric supply point was ground-faulted and unusable. Had good batteries, so not an issue for me.
