Port of Siuslaw Campground

My friends pulled into a campsite at this RV Park and an RV in the site next to theirs was hooked up to their electric, water and sewer connections. My friends went to the office to tell the desk person that they were not able to hook up to their utility connections and he was totally no help. He said you take care of it yourself. My friend asked to be moved to another spot and the employee said he couldn’t do that even though he had several vacant spaces. BOO-Park administrators no help!

If you can get a waterfront spot, highly recommend. It's a walk to bathrooms and showers (and there's only one) but worth it. Beautiful views and lots of cute shops to check on in walking distance.

BEWARE! No refunds for ANY reasons. Your $$$ is gone! They offer a credit only, no matter the circumstances. Their printed policy is a complex maze of legal mumbo-jumbo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in site B19 along the water. The site was designed as a back-in, but since we have a Class A we chose to pull in so we could enjoy the beautiful view and wildlife on the water. The site was a generous size with a crushed stone surface and a picnic table. No problem getting level. Interior roads are wide and easy to navigate in any size rig. Only 2 bars of T-Mobile. We didn’t use the WiFi. No dog park but plenty of areas to leash walk with bag dispensers provided. No road noise. Walking distance to old town Florence shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick stop to use the dump station.
Easy access off the main highway down at the docks.
Campground was a typical port site, all very close together and gravel.
One loop off the bay was more spread out with a little grass.
Staff was friendly enough.
It did appear to be picked up and nicer rigs.

Ok place in town.
Late check in possible, but then you don't get wifi password or bathroom code.
Also bathrooms are FAR from sites.
We talked to office staff re passwords/codes, and they said oh, you should have knocked on the OFF DUTY camp host's door. Ah.wouldn't have dreamed of that? An awful response to an easily resovable problem.
So we paid $57 for a park spot (we dry camped)

The people that work here are very helpful and nice. Plus I love the view. I'm also in a great spot by the trees.

We stayed in the RV park. It was beautiful with large sites. Nice manager who was very knowledgeable.

Been staying at this campground for several days now, electricity and cable are excellent, wifi is better than most parks/campgrounds that offer it.
Maintenance people and the host are polite and always seem to be doing something to improve the place.
Amy and staff in the office also come across as having very good communications skills.
On site clothes washers and dryers work well.thank you for having this professional establishment,

I stayed there for two months. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. Nick, Amy, and Chris especially. I felt at home here and safe. The land and nature is beautiful right by the water. But its also close to town near some great restaurants so you can walk into town to grab some food. Grocery store is right down the road. I hope you get the chance to stay here!

Staff very unkind Unprofessional And possibly racist Back for what they have put us through. Apparently the spot they told us to park in was full when we got here And they have their numbers all screwed up on one side and then the other And you know your hookups and everything are on the wrong side we parked in the one that we can fit in we have been here for 24 hours asked to move which was Horrible in the middle of a storm Not to mention we only had an hourII made multiple videos this park isI made multiple videos this park is empty.not worth you time.plenty of other amazing places in the area to stay.will never return

There still a lot of campers here and it's October 3rd. Great location for fishing on the Oregon coast.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! ACCOMMODATED US LAST MINUTE! We had a ton of trouble finding a campsite while we were in Florence. Apparently, it is illegal to boondock most places in town. We were parked in the Fred Meyer parking lot when an employee came out and told us that the police would come tell us to move soon.

After calling various inns and RV parks around town, we eventually just decided to try this place since we felt like we were out of options. The Camp Host Gavin met its outside around midnight and was not only very helpful but also extremely kind. He got us set up in a spot and we quickly went to sleep.

The next morning, we met some of the staff and fellow campers who were equally as friendly. We even had a few people offer to help us dump our RV for the first time. It was generally a great environment and I wish we had spent more time there.

There are a few RV spots right on the water that are probably the most sought after but this place is located right in town on the river. I highly recommend staying her

Nice place, but VERY busy. Campgrounds were packed. Florence Old Town is a beautiful place.

Had a great view of the river. Spaces a little tight, but good location close to old Town Florence.

Great people beautiful location! Vert dog friendly and wonderfully clean and accessable restrooms!
