Portland Eye Clinic

I was referred to this clinic because they took my child's insurance. I confirmed with the receptionist to make sure they accepted my child’s insurance, she said yes. Days later, i get a call to confirm the appointment. After that call, I receive another call from the same woman stating they don’t accept my child’s insurance. I informed her I was told other wise. Then she claims my child’s insurance was expired, when I know it’s not expired because I am always on top my children’s needs I wouldn’t let something like this expire.
Definitely frustrated with all the misinformation I was given by this office. Wasted my time.

I visited Portland Eye Clinic for the first time today for an eye exam. I was very impressed by the care to get things right that Tam Nguyen had with me. She did more tests than I was used to at the other place I usually go to and is even going to let me try different options for comfort and fit before actually purchasing my contacts for the year. Though I only came here because it was in my network for care, I will continue coming here for my eye care needs and yes I will be purchasing my contacts here when we find what suits me best.

Every experience here has been fantastic! The eye appointments are thorough and everyone is friendly. I messed up something with my insurance, and Portland Eye Clinic went above and beyond to contact my insurance and help me fix the issue. Highly recommend in every way!

Was great all the way through, receptionist and doctor were both respectful and helpful and made sure the whole experience was easy, quick, and importantly clean.

Edit: A month later and follow-up care has been excellent, they were helpful and understanding in dealing with a mistake that the glasses manufacturing lab made, and have providing free no hassle adjustments since receiving my new pair.

The most unprofessional client and their front desk is super rude, they don’t seem to care much.

They went far beyond when they repaired glasses i had fallen asleep with. No charge. I'm so very satisfied
