I was more than appreciative with the service & bouncy house I rented for my baby cousins birthday! Their customer service team gets back to you really quick & make sure you’re satisfied with your order before you proceed with payment. Mine was last minute & still they made it possible for my baby cousin to have her 4th birthday party a blast! Will definitely rent again in the future:)

This is my 3rd time renting a bounce house from portland party works.every time has been an excellent experience. This time i had to reschedule for family reasons and no problem. The kids and adults enjoyed thoroughly and we will do it again. I would highly recommend for big or small parties.staff is very helpful. Thankyou and see you all soon:)

We had to reschedule because the fires forced them to evacuate. They stayed in contact and we picked up our rentals as soon as the evacuation order was lifted. They were absolutely amazing people and amazing company. I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Great prices super friendly.

The were responsive, easy to work with. Delivery was amazing. The young man was polite and knew his job well. It was the perfect party saver while things are shut down due to COVID. Highly recommend!

We've rented carnival games and inflatables from Portland Partyworks for a number of years and are very satisfied with their products and service! Kristina is great to work with in ordering our games and inflatables and Jesse is amazing at setting up and taking down everything! We appreciate that he makes recommendations for a better event, like leaving the fronts off the booths so that smaller kids can reach the games.

PartyWorks did an amazing job helping me with my finishing touches for my event. The owner is truly a pleasure to work with and staff is friendly and courteous. I will definitely refer them and look forward to working with them in the future!

LOVE PORTLAND PARTY WORKS! The guys there are great! I reserved everything on line, I pulled up, they got me loaded and I was on my way, didn't even have to get out of my truck. I will be calling them for our next event. I recommend you call PORTLAND PARTY WORKS for any event.

Very friendly people who you know mean no harm in a dirty inflatable but it's still unsettling to watch your kids slide down a moldy slide. Of course I took my son off before he would catch any disease lingering. The kids are either having a hard time cleaning or the slides need to be updated. I give them two stars because the staff is friendly.

This company will not have my business again. The bounce houses were dirty and slimy. There were band-aids and socks found on the inflatable. This company should NOT be doing this bad of a job at cleaning!

Rented the mini castle bounce house and it was perfect for my kids backyard party. Easy to pick up and set up.

The only place I will ever order bounce houses slides dunk tanks ect ect for my kids birthday parties they by far have the lowest rates out of any other party/carnival supplier on the market

We have used Portland Party Works for a fundraiser auction and our school's field day events. They are fantastic! Professional staff and so many fun things to play with. They're also great about giving back to their local community!

We rented Beat the Bucket for an outdoor field day activity at school. This booth was by far the most popular of the day! Party Works was fantastic to work with and very patient with all of my questions. Set up for the rental was a breeze and very well explained. This was my first rental and I can't wait to try some of their other carnival games for our upcoming events. The selection looks expansive! I highly recommend Portland Party Works to help make your next gathering a huge success!

This is a great company, and they are very easy to work with. I'd worth with them any time I needed something for a party!

Awful. Discriminated against a 10 year old boy because he wore glasses. Miraflex break resistant glasses (not that it matters). Singled out a kid who already feels singled out. Told him he couldn't jump with his glasses, which meant he couldn't jump at all because he can't see without his glasses. I'd give zero stars but that wasn't an option. Will not hire or recommend this company to anyone.

Great quality bounce structures at a great price! The self set-up was so easy! They even emailed a video with instructions! The crew that loaded the equipment into our truck was great, friendly, hard working bunch! The lady who helped me with my order was very professional and kind. We will definitely look forward to doing business with them again!
