Mike and his crew were great. I can see why they have been in business so long. They are very knowledgeable and I will be back when it is time to upgrade again. I highly recommend Portland RV.

Well all I can say is give them time and you will get something nice! Got a 2004 coachmen desiel Pusher off these guys and girls and they did what they could few things but they made it happen! It drove great everything worked but had prob with ac and heating but it wasn't their fault! I inspected the work and new controller and circuit board was installed! We took few more days for relax and let them do the stuff! Hell was worth it! Runs great and gees not bad for an rv shop! Gratz lads!

Only one thing need stuff to secure my dash, it all comes out but hell I know cars it's nothing to me for what you all did!

Yeah want something decent yeah go there! But give them some time and you will get a decent 2nd hand rv!

Fantastic dealership. The best vehicle dealer I've ever worked with - car or RV. After the purchase they went through the entire coach and repaired EVERYTHING - including a new generator, without being asked. The owner personally handles every deal. I'm telling you - if you want an RV that will have no surprises when you drive it off the lot - come see Mike (the owner) at Portland RV.

Bought a 2018 class C from Mike and it was a great ride. Mike was always there to answer questions from this newbie to RV life. Good pricing on any repairs. Excellent experience. My go to place for future RV purchases!

Just bought a 2004 Coachmen Freelander from this place. Great experience – Financing was a breeze, they walked me through each step with patience. No surprises, and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

Portland RV had the exact rig i wanted. I saw the ad and jumped in my car and drove 8 hrs to see it. The salesman was professional and knowledgable and guided me through this first time purchase. I am happy with my purchase, the process and the service that I received. I will recommend them to others.

Sales people not really interested in selling RVs. Totally ignored while onsight and via email and Facebook messenger.

Buyer beware! Very unprofessional /dishonest place of business. We bought a $40,000 diesel pusher motorhome from them. We asked to test drive/ ride with them driving motorhome and they would only allow a 2.5 mile route to test vehicle out. We trusted them and allowed that as ok thinking they were a trustworthy rv dealer. We ended up purchasing rv from them and driving rv for about 18 miles before radiator cap blew off. We thought they had possibly forgot to tighten cap when servicing. We replaced the radiator cap and continued on with with our 300 mile trip back as wee continued to have to add coolant along our trip to make it home. About 17 miles from our home one of the tires blew and almost caused us to wreck the motorhome. We had to have the tire replaced on the roadside in which the tire store said the tires were over 10 years old and should have been replaced before selling as they were dangerous to be on the road at that age. I called the owner Mike and explained the problems we had in which he said tough luck and I would have to talk to the salesman/ Co-owner John and hung up on me. We got the rv home and home called the salesman and told him our problems and he agreed the motorhome should have atleast made it to our home and he agreed to replace the coolant reservior and radiator cap with proper one. We replaced that part after they shipped it to us and the coolant continued to leak and steam out of cap and leak coolant. We then had the rv checked by a shop and they found that it had a blown headgasket, which was causing exhaust gasses to pressurize the coolant syatem and has been overheated 49 times. Portland rv refused to help us with any further repairs as we signed a as/is. We ended having shop take apart engine where inspection found the complete engine required being rebuilt as cylinder walls were damaged costing us over $15k dollars to repair. Please if buying from this place atleast have rv completely inspected by a outside shop to make sure it isn't complete junk as the one we purchased. We trusted them as honest people and it has cost us. I even questioned Mike and salesman about the low engine coolant light being on on our small test drive and Mike assured me it was nothing more than a bad sensor. They knew this motorhome had problems and that is why they wouldn't us test drive anymore than they did. Please look elsewhere for your rv purchase as this company does not stand behind the stuff they sell. I understand buying as is, but having problems within the first day and 18 miles they were unwilling to help with the repairs needed or give use money and trade in motorhome back. These are not the people to spend your money with. I have had this motorhome for almost 2 months of the summer now and have not even been able to take my family on overnight stay in it.

If your looking for a Nice, Relaxing RV buying experience. This is the place to go. Staff is friendly, and willing to answer all your question. Ben the salesman was extremely thorough, and patient. Mike is the finance manager, and works very hard to come up with options that suit your needs. Even though I didn't drive away with an RV, it will be the first place I go back to when I decide buy.

Apparently, some of their employees work outside of business hours and, unable or unwilling to complete the job, will then proceed to threaten you.

Went to go look at a 2016 Winnebago Minnie Winnie, when we get there it’s actually a 2015. Among broken parts in the coach, there was a crack in the fiberglass that they said they could fix. But the main issue was the giant broken seal on the top corner that had possible water damage coming inside the coach. When we asked about this they said that it was solid. I asked if they could guarantee this that is when Mike the general manager got on the phone and told me that I should take my business elsewhere because he was getting into uncomfortable territory. He was very rude on the phone when we were asking basic questions. We asked if we could have a 3rd party go over the coach and we’re denied. The sales woman said she has worked there for over 30 years but didn’t have basic knowledge about rv’s. Very thankful we did not go through with purchasing anything or putting a deposit on anything. Best of luck for anyone going through them. Just not the place for us.

What a GREAT buying experience! Robin was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When we made an offer on a Class A we really liked, she called the manager, he countered with a reasonable amount and that was it!
We returned a few days later to pick up our motor home and met Mike the manager. Again — personable yet professional. We got the sense that this place didn’t employ sales people as much as it employed facilitators. We never felt pressured or steered one way or the other, and Robin and Mike patiently answered every one of our questions. Rob walked us through and around the unit, pointing out specific items and how to operate them. When we drove off the lot in our newly purchased motor home, I felt as though I had been given all the information needed for carefree travel.
Thank you, Robin, Mike and Rob!

I bought a 2005 Tioga RV 3 years ago from Portland RV; Mike and his staff were always helpful when something came up, like winterizing tips; they took the time to evaluate & explain a motor issue that they were able to fix professionally. I felt they were very fair, and especially when I determined that the RV was too manual for my impairment/physical condition, and had to sell it. Mike and his staff went over it in detail for a consignment, that could allow it to be sold without additional bank payments from me; they covered the sales/marketing upfront costs, like cosmetic & awning. Mike worked with me on my extended warranty, and got it done! He sold my RV quickly, and honored his commitments; I was very happy with the results and professionalism from Mike @Portland, RV. If I consider another (smaller) used RV later, I would shop at PORTLAND RV first, because of my very positive after sales experience with them. Shop here to find a quality used RV, and honest after sales service support.

Shady shady shady. Dino the owner said f—-y— to me, a woman.we were just asking questions about the real age of the class A Thor A. C. E. They Initially said it was a 2017, we get there and the repair sheet says it’s a 2015, the coach said it was a 2014. And Dino the owner said the title said it was 2016. And it blew a motor replaced by Ford. They said it was under warranty. He’s is a lier. Be careful people if you ask questions he will puke profanities.

Fantastic bunch of people. They helped my parents buy there first RV. I was along for part of the process. Courteous and informative at a champion level. I can't explain how nice this place is to deal with. What a peasant experience.

So buyer be ware! You are dealing with very dis-honest people here.i bought a jeep from these guys, actually it was from the dealership manager Mike.he comes off as polished and professional but nothing lies make it out of his mouth.he knowingly sold a vehicle with rod knock that was not able to notice until it was cold and as the transmission is leaking at rate that may start a fire.

This one of the worst dealer ever. Very dishonest and lowest to the low on knowledge about RV. Request for a deposit before checking out MOST RV.
