I have had a delivery from them and also manyyyy visits to the yard to fill up my own containers, and all my experiences have been top notch. My partner and I are new to the DIY game and decided to make ourselves a patio. I had a lot to learn about cubic yards and 3/4 minus concrete and on and on. Everyone has been super friendly and I’ve felt comfortable driving around in their yard amongst giant trucks and bulldozers and such to get what I need. I never thought I’d have “brand loyalty” to a gravel yard but I do now!

We have used this company a few times now and love them! They are professional and courteous on the phone, always willing to help with questions. Their driver always has a smile on his face and has no problems dumping our materials where we want them.

3/4 minus is garbage rock, Appeared to be cement and other ran through crusher and sold as rock.

Our driveway had turned into a giant mud pit and our cars were getting stuck so we turned to Portland Sand & Gravel Co to deliver gravel. They showed up the very next day, right on time, and did a great job working around our challenging power line situation to try and dump the gravel as spread out as possible, making as little work for me having to level it by hand as they could. Very friendly and great price- you won't regret choosing them for all those situations where you need lots and lots of tiny rocks.:)

Great place to recycle concrete, buy 3/4” minus, and you go through a wheel cleaning water Trough before you go back on the street. You don’t have to worry about the mud if it’s raining. Great job team, Portland streets remain clean.

I got my three way soil and bark mulch here about a year ago. Everyone was super friendly and the delivery driver dropped the load exactly where I wanted it. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for years but I really wish I didn't have to. Me and my employees are constantly degraded by there workers and told different locations to get loaded and unloaded. I don't think they know how to smile. THE PRICES ARE HIGH. I only go here when I have a project in the area and have to get material close. My employees literally argue about who has the chore of going here to pick up material. Most companies in this industry (especially with so much available space!) have a free dump for concrete or gravel, but they charge a hefty price. I recommend not going here.

Great prices easy delivery the drivers are always polite and make it convenient for you. Their customer service is awesome I would recommend using them for anybody who needs concrete gravel or bark dust. Keep up the good work guys.

Thank you Portland Sand and Gravel for the amazing customer experience! From my first phone call to my delivery this morning, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The owner of the company delivered and spread the gravel himself and was incredible navigating my driveway and maneuvering around my home’s cables and wires overhead. The end result is beautiful and it was great value for the money, our entire driveway with delivery was just around $300. There’s a calculator on their website to help you determine how much you need and it was right on, we ended up overestimating just slightly which was great to help fill in areas that had deeper gaps. Overall an excellent experience start to finish!
