Portland Urgent Care

There was a bit of a wait to be seen. I had to leave and come back, but I feel like I was listened to by my provider and I’d be very comfortable going back.

Everyone was kind, compassionate and professional. The PA’s knowledge and treatment for my orthopedic problem was excellent!

1st time here and the team was exceptionally friendly.
Nice clean establishment.
The receptionist was really helpful in explaining everything to me in detail,
The nurse was nice and polite and had really nice shoes as well lol.
And the Dr had a nice personality and didn't seem bothered with my questions or explaining anything to him.
Overall great staff.

The team here is so nice and trustworthy. They got me in, diagnosed and rx in hand so quickly that I was able to start treatment right away. I appreciate the care!

Check in was a breeze. They were ready and had all my info. I was called back to the exam room almost immediately. The PA and doctor were very nice and personable. The doctor knew right away what the problem was and I was on my way with a prescription quickly.

Sharing my experience as a family member of a patient. Staff seemed plenty friendly and professional, but I sat in the waiting area while my mother was seen by the provider and could hear everything that was being discussed. It looks like all of the rooms have curtains and no doors. The treatment area isn’t even in another place, in like 20 feet away. I’m not sure if they have more private areas, but if privacy is your kind of thing, I don’t know if this is the place for you. If it were me looking for care, I’d go elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and the doctor was very thorough. The urgent care was very clean and such fast service.

Easy location to get medical treatment. Never a long wait. Incredible staff. Fabulous alternative ti the hospital ER!

Went in on my lunch break because I was pretty sure I have a sinus infection. Turns out I was right. They had me in and out of there in 45 minutes.

I was surprised how knowledgeable the girl at the front desk was. She was super helpful. They got me in asap and were efficient at getting me what I needed including a timely follow up appointment and appropriate consults. I felt much less stressed after I left, thank you!
