I'm new to the world of plants. The Potted Elephant was super helpful giving me all of the information I needed to get started. Now I want to expand my collection to bigger plants. I'm certainly going back!

I have been ordering plants online from The Potted Elephant for several years. They always come carefully packed and in excellent condition. I love their variety of houseplants and their passion for plants is obvious. My husband and I were fortunate to recently visit in person. We were impressed by their knowledge, selection, and customer service. I highly recommend The Potted Elephant.

They have an amazing selection with some of the best prices I have seen throughout Oregon! 10/10 highly recommended! Also very affordable and sleek grow lights, I love mine!

It's always a pleasure coming to the Potted Elephant. It's worth the drive from Seattle and feels like a home away from home. Great selection and prices and amazing service.

The Potted Elephant may be great if you go to the store front, but they really need to work on their online orders and communication with customers.

I ordered my plants at the beginning of November and received them nearly a month later in poor condition.

My package’s status with USPS stayed on “waiting for item” for days and was told by The Potted Elephant that the package was likely lost in the mail and that a new shipment would be sent out the next business day. That shipment was never sent (Or I never received it). I emailed again and got no response.

A few days later the original shipment did show up. The plants looked terrible (naturally) and we’re freezing cold. I threw out the sad pilea and now I’m hoping I can salvage the three that were worth saving. Very disappointing.

I placed an online order with Potted Elephant back on 11/09/21, and haven’t yet received it despite getting a shipping email on 11/16/21. Potted Elephant claims they sent my order on 11/15/21, but as of 11/26/21 USPS says they have not yet received the package. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with this company.

My all time favorite plant store. Staff is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Their prices are so reasonable, and they run awesome sales as well. They have ever changing and new inventory to add to their already incredible selection of plants, cacti and more. I drive 45 minutes just to come to this place because it’s that good.

I received several plants from Potted Elephant through the mail. The plants are beautiful and I was amazed at how well they were packed for shipping - all arriving in ideal condition. It’s apparent these guys are loving plant nerds and I’d highly recommend them!

Super friendly and knowledgeable team that works hard to cultivate a wide selection of plants all the way from propagation to sale. Clearly a hefty amount of love and effort goes into this greenhouse nursery!

I love this company! Living in Hawaii and my daughter being in Portland, I've used their delivery service a couple of times now. My daughter always loves the plants she receives and it makes the gift a little more personal for me. Deliveries have always been on time and the plants are always healthy! Love it! ️️

Found 3 plants I couldn't live without and ordered them in the dead of winter. I'm in Iowa. It's been about 3 weeks since I received the order. They arrived in perfect condition with a heat pack that was still warm and they're doing great! Definitely will order from Potted Elephant again!

This place was magical to walk into. Such a wide variety of plants and the staff/owners are so nice and knowledgeable. There were a lot of plants I'd never seen in nurseries before! Definitely going to be a new regular plant shop ️

I have made online orders twice now and both times the packaging has exceeded my expectations. They take real care to make sure the plants are secure and safe for shipping and the plants are exactly the size and quality that is shown on the website. Cannot recommend them enough.
