What an awesome experience. "Tiger with the braids" made it so short and sweet. Very quick. He had a car waiting for me and I didn't even give him that many details. He had a Subaru in the bay and ready for me.

I can't begin to say enough about my experience with the gentleman at Power GMC. They took a seemingly impossible situation and made it work. Asher is remarkable kind, no pressure, and incredibly genuine.
I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family, anyone that needs a vehicle.
I had little to no faith that I would be getting a SUV, much less in less than 2 hours. I drove away in a beautiful One with every possible amenity you can imagine.

It has taken me a year to calm down from this situation and make a review. I had some things that needed to be fixed on my GMC, so i took my SUV in to get fixed.took them forever to put the diagnostics test in and a while to get it fixed. The lady at the counter of the service area seemed really nice and sounded like she knew was she was talking about (i was wrong). They said i had to replace my entire engine due to there being metal shavings in the engine. I had already put lots of money into this car, so I didn’t want it to go to waste. I told them to replace it do to how much time they have already wasted. I also couldn’t find anybody to confirm this needed to be done because i needed my transportation for work. Anyways, the problems were still there after the engine replacement. I ended up taking it back to the place I bought it from and they were surprised at the fact that they needed to replace the whole engine. He explained this did not need to be done and that he knows the lady at the service counter and she is usually a good person, so we went back to speak with the lady and she blamed me, the customer, for the problems that were happening.
The lady at the service desk was very rude and unhelpful after the service was done. After all this my check engine light is still on. PLEASE LET THIS PLACE BE THE LAST RESORT FOR ANY VEHICLE REPAIRS.

Although it took over a month to get a part for my car due to the strike, when it finally came in, it only took 4 hours to install, and it was done.

I worked with Austin Brock and he made the transaction super easy. Great staff all around too! I hope to deal with them again in the future.

I have been in the market for a vehicle for over a month, when I came across one at Power Buick GMC of Salem, I asked about a vehicle on the night of Oct 14th. I was connected with Celso (the internet manager) via text, I had asked if the vehicle was still available and ready for a test drive. Celso said he would check for me in the morning, and get back to me. I messaged Celso again on the afternoon of Oct 15th, about if he was able to check on the vehicle for me, and was completely ignored and never received an update.
Customer service has gone out these dealerships. Or they really don't want to sale a vehicle. Maybe a little of both. It's very disappointing.
Take your time and money, elsewhere.

My husband saw a truck online, then text Austin Brock whom set up an appointment for us to go see it. When we went in, Austin provided excepcional customer service from beginning to end. We're very happy with our vehicle purchase.
