I went to Newport Power Ford to look at a vehicle. Kim Tune was my salesman. He was a great listener and got the dealership to honor an incorrectly posted price. Took great care of me the whole way through, as did the rest of the staff, and I got a fantastic, well maintained vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership. They put their customers first.

DO NOT BUY USED VEHICLES FROM HERE

We bought a truck in July and shortly after getting it home, it basically fell apart. We took it to a diesel shop, where they ran diagnostics and found pages and pages and pages of things that needed to be fixed. Many of these were huge safety issues. Money was poured into getting it fixed enough to drive, but that only lasted a couple weeks, and now it sits in the driveway, where it continues to leak oil and we are unable to start it. The diesel shop noted that someone had cheaply masked a few issues just to get the truck running temporarily. Horrible experience. Unreliable and unsafe vehicles sitting on their lot.

Went to check out this really nice GT and Kim Tune explained everything about the car and what it went through. If you bring your kids his got you covered, he has toys, coloring bookings to keep them from getting bored. He was awesome did everything step by step. We love our new car. Thank you so much!

Do not buy a vehicle from these people! They don't inspect their vehicles before they sell them! They put them in the lot the same day they buy them! All they do is clean detail it and hope it doesn't break when they sell it to you! They sold my family a lemon! We bought our car from them in March and it has been back in their shop 5 times since! Every time it comes back there is something new wrong with it and they never fixed the problem that it actually went it with! We have 2 kids and they won't let us exchange it for something of the same value even though we already have a loan for the vehicle! It is winter and we are driving around in a vehicle with no working stereo and no working heater as well as the vehicle has a push start and decides when it wants to start or not. It has left us stranded multiple times! And I'm pretty sure the frame.ight be bent because the doors keep popping out and creaking! Worst nightmare for a family trying to provide their family with a nice safe car! Jacob sold us the car and he is. Ow at the Chevy power store and he always says he is gonna call us back and never does! So we are paying over 300 a month for a piece of trash ️! Thank's Power Cord!

Took our truck in for repair, waited for a courtesy call that it was done.finally my husband went to check, it was done.we waited like 6 hrs.never again

Ask for Kim Tune. Not pushy, great salesman. Went out of his way for his customers.

Absolutely 100% hands down just had the best experience with buying a car. I had no idea how simple and great it could be to purchase a vehicle! Our salesman AARON WICK was amazing! He made sure that we were comfortable with each and any good option out there for us. He showed us several different vehicles and listened to any of our questions or concerns throughout the entire process. And then even though we had signed all the papers and had keys in hand, we noticed a tiny ding in the windshield and Aaron, without a single hesitation, instantly said "don't worry I'm calling the glass people right now, they will come replace it, at your home, and it's on us! " Proof that no one should go anywhere else or have any other salesman than Aaron Wick.

I have been a customer of Power for many years and have had both good and bad trips! I by far have to say that I do have a preferred salesman! Aaron has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help me in finding the vehicle that is a perfect fit for my family! He has been more than helpful in being open and honest every step of the process. I recently purchased a new truck (my 3rd vehicle I believe from him) and couldn't be happier! So again thank you Aaron for another great experience, and another great rig!

Experience buying a vehicle was pretty easy but their service department is regularly backed up.
