I can’t say enough great things about Powers Renovations. The owner, Jake, has an incredible work ethic and worked with us to understand what we were imagining our main bath and kitchen renovation. Jake provided a timeline of our project and only had a few hiccups. We would recommend no other company for your home renovations. Renovation are never easy, but Jake was always in contact with us and made the project smooth sailing. Here are photos of before and after, we could not be more pleased with the results! Jake and his team were great from the very first conversation. Some contractors don't return calls, but that was not my experience here. John and Robert were professional and had great advice which really elevated the project. I wish I had a before picture.

Bathroom floor & shower pan/tile replacement. Quality work, completed on time & with professional service. Jake stayed in regular contact with updates and had good communication which was important since we were not able to be onsite during the project. We had Powers Renovation tackle our master bath and are extremely happy with their work. From the time we asked for bids to the finished product, Jake was always on top of his game. He gave us his honest opinion and offered options we had not even considered. The construction was on time and on budget, too!

Came to give us a bid to fix another contractors mistakes. Was the most unprofessional unpleasant experience ever. If we are asking you to bid fixing it you can’t tell me to fix a small spot myself to see if it works. In addition, don’t show up in a t shirt that’s been sliced up to a tank top. I get it you are working out in the heat. When coming to the house throw a new t shirt on and look a little more respectable. Then peeled out throwing rocks in my driveway when he left. Look elsewhere for your needs these guys are not it.

I did not ask this individual to fix multiple spots or fix it on site during the bid. I asked if we could have one spot fixed before we signed a big contract to fix it all. I only asked because he did not seem like he was sure of his ability to fix it properly. I wanted assurance of one small spot before we would sign a contract. I did not ask him to do it for free either just a small fix to make sure before he fixes a bunch of spots that it would be an appropriate fix.

Our bathroom was a disaster. It really needed some help. My husband contacted Jake and he got back to us a few days later. Jakes crew came out about a month after they completed a current job. They were here for 10 working days. They did a complete remodel down to the studs. John did a beautiful job on the tile work. Very meticulous in his efforts. The whole crew that came in and the work they did was far better than I can say. I actually teared up a few times at the NOW BEAUTIFUL bathroom that I have. Right now, I have to use a shower curtain because I am waiting on the glass company to come out to measure and install. I understand this can take over a few months or so: (. It was an absolute joy to work with him and I fully recommend him. Jake is fully competent on doing this work and very professional in his dealings. When we get ready for our Kitchen remodel Jake will be the one, we call. Thank you, Jake and your crew, for the beautiful work.
