I really can’t say enough good things about this shop. Brad the service writer has been there for me for 4-5 years and always gets me in quick. Brad and Ryan (also a service writer) give me accurate estimates and good timelines so I can get back out on the road and keep earning.

They’ve done the head gasket on my DD15, random sensor errors that seemed unfindable, PM’s, I’ve bought Seats inc. Pinnacle chairs from them, a herd bumper etc…etc…

Their waiting room has nice new recliner chairs, a popcorn machine, and two vending machines where all the items seem to be $1. They have one shower for drivers getting service done, and they provide the clean towels.

If you call ahead they can normally accommodate you dropping your trailer while your service is performed.

The store is located near a pilot/flying j at exit 263 on I-5. There’s at least 4 fast food restaurants within a short walk. Door Dash has a whole list of restaurants that they can deliver from.

I go out of my way to get my service done there for good reason.

I have been chasing a steering issue with my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. Cody kept digging until he found it. After 2 other techs were not able, or willing, to dig far enough to find the problem, I will admit I was not confident. My truck now goes straight down the road and I don’t feel like I’m herding sheep, just to keep it in my lane.

Came in for a quick air hose job and they had me in and out within an hour. Service staff was absolutely amazing.

The News Brad delivered WAS NOT GOOD. Oil in the Coolant Reservoir!

I brought my motorhome in with an oil leak. They diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had me back on the road overnight.

Prime example of the great teamwork that PTG encompasses. When I called service and told them my concern, Ryan assured me that they’ll take me in with an hour of arrival, and they sure did. Calvin, my tech, was so thorough with his electronically work and was able to track down the problem which essentially saved me time and money. He was able to find a loose wire inside the dash. Their service advisors, Paul and Jordan, kept me in the loop and updated me as they went which put me at ease. The shop manager, Damian, offered to take me to a hotel and insisted on helping out any way he could. All in all, I would definitely go back to them when needed. Appreciate your great work, you have earned my loyalty.

Ryan and Jordan were fantastic service advisors! They got our truck worked into the schedule, identified an issue, ordered the parts, then got it rescheduled, serviced, and completed quickly!

I bought brake pads overpriced here at this store in Portland. My customer called and said this store gave him a better price than me; I don't know why they did this to me. Now my customer left me negative feedback.

What an awesome staff! Great place! Very clean and relaxing. Fresh coffee vending recliner’s, great place to be stuck while having your truck worked on. Really enjoyed the experience and again the staff is awesome! Great place!

As a female truck driver it’s hard to find repair shops actually respect you and don’t try to get one over. The whole staff so respectful and polite. The actually took the time to listen to me describe what was wrong with my semi and fix the problem without trying to sell me additional things. The whole place was clean inside and out. The showers were nice. The drivers launch was, I could not recommend them more, and I told other drivers within my company that if they are ever in the Portland Oregon area, this is where they need to go for truck repairs.

The people are friendly as hell and they just got a great atmosphere you don't feel trapped good coffee fresh popcorn clean bathrooms and super friendly employees I recommend it to anyone driving a Freightliner or Western Star
