Portland party Platters catered my birthday party. Everything on the patter was of the highest quality and the presentation a work of art.

We chose Premiere Catering to be apart of our special day and we are SO glad we did! Michael (the owner) was the main reason we moved forward as he was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely communicative (with fast and thoughtful responses), flexible (completely tailored the experience to our needs) and was purely just a wonderful human to work with. He loves what he does for a living and it definitely shows.

As far as the Premiere team on our wedding day - the team and chef (s) did a wonderful job. The food was delicious and it definitely showed as our guests were raving about the options!

Premiere Catering was a dream to work with! We worked closely with Michael, and he was always highly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Honestly, we weren't expecting the food to be anything to rave about (because wedding food usually isn't that great), but oh my goodness the food was DELICIOUS, and there was plenty for everyone! Everyone raved about the staff and how attentive they were the entire time.

Working with Premiere for our wedding was the best decision we made—they handled much more than other caterers do, making our planning a breeze and stress levels low. Thank you to Michael, the Chef, and staff!

Michael and John and their team are IMPECCABLE! My husband and I had our post wedding celebration here in Portland and Happy Valley. Michael made all of our dreams and visions come true. They were amazing to work with and so patient and accommodating to our requests (while we juggled our two toddlers while planning). Our friends and family were amazed by the delicious food as well as the GORGEOUS set up they provided. Michael handled everything from tastings and curating a menu to coordinating the rentals. Wish we could do it all over again. 100/10 would recommend Premiere Catering to anyone and everyone wishing for the perfect wedding. Thank you Michael from the bottom of our hearts!

Ok. So. Anytime I’ve been around a couple planning a wedding and they talk about how excited they are for their food, I’m thinking to myself “yeah sure, it’s going to be basic wedding food with dry chicken and salad. ” And it usually is.

Fast forward to my husband (!) and I planning our wedding, we booked Premiere Catering almost immediately after our tasting. I then turned into that person, telling everyone “just wait until you have the food, it’s gonna be so good. ” But seriously. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The food was SO GOOD! So many of our guests got up for seconds and countless guests have told us how good the food was.

Not only was the food legitimately some of the best I’ve ever had in my life (I’m not exaggerating), but John was so wonderful to work with. From setting up our tasting, to the final venue walkthrough, to the actual day of, and everything in between, I would recommend Premiere Catering over and over again. Even though we chose the buffet option, it didn’t feel like a buffet. It still felt classy. John and his team made sure that we had appetizers ready for us after the ceremony since we weren’t at the start of cocktail hour, they served our plates directly to us, and checked on us throughout the reception to make sure we didn’t need anything.

I highly recommend Premiere Catering for your wedding! You won’t regret it. And John, if you ever switch from catering to a restaurant please let us know - we’ll be regulars for sure! Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us to make sure our wedding was absolutely perfect.

We chose Premiere Catering for our 120-person wedding and were so happy that we did! The food was delicious, the servers were incredibly attentive, and our event manager Michael was extremely responsive. Michael made it easy to accommodate all of our guests' dietary needs and preferences (including my own allergy) and had even worked at our venue before. When we changed our mind on a couple menu items within just a few weeks of our wedding, Michael made everything go smoothly and beautifully. Highly recommend Premiere Catering for your event!

Wonderful, professional staff, prompt emails regarding fees and wedding day coordination, and delicious food! Wedding guests raved about the quality and menu choices. We did the buffet serving Cedar plank salmon, brisket, roasted vegetables, and catered appetizers for guests to munch while mingling.

We are so happy we went with Premiere for our wedding catering. They were easy to work with and very responsive. The food was absolutely amazing and the table setups/decor were perfect; they were even able to rent the table runners we wanted! Thank you to John and team!

Thank you, Michael, and the staff of Premiere catering for making our granddaughter’s Bat Mitzvah a huge success. Easy to deal with, professional, and wonderful food. All our guests commented how much they enjoyed the dinner. My only disappointment was that there was no pasta left over for us to take home. It was that good!
