Came to my condominium and lied to me that they were working with the HOA. This is a really serious claim, the HOA just secretly assessed 45k to each unit and people are losing their homes. They have prevented us from organizing by putting things on people's doors and fined people they don't like. If they're allowing realtors and mortgage brokers to leave ads that is SERIOUS. It was not a little white lie, it was a whopper and completely untrue. DO NOT HIRE ROSIE HERBOTH OR DAVE WALZ THEY WILL LIE TO YOU BEFORE YOU EVEN HIRE THEM.

Rosie is truly fantastic to work with. She is extremely proactive, great with communication and doesn’t miss a beat. She really cares for her clients and it shows in the amount of attention she gives to every step in the real estate process.
