I have a family member who is living here. I visit at least once per week. The staff are friendly, attentive and she is getting excellent care.
When I was looking for a place, I met with a social worker who told me this was one of the top facilities in this area. She also advised me on which ones to run away from.
Every time I sit down for a meal with the residents, they rave about how they are like a family and how much they enjoy living here! I am so pleased with the support provided by Prestige Orchard Heights. Amazing, dedicated team that truly cares!
