Pretty Nails, Bend OR

I have been a client for years, I am always treated with respect, and their place is clean and beautiful, and everyone from Tonya to Amy, they do a fabulous job! I highly recommend Pretty Nails to everyone!

I’ve been coming to Pretty Nails for years and love them! DC does my nails and he’s the best. I do gel mani and deluxe pedi. They’ve moved around to the building next to Rancho Grande mexican food, on the Hwy. 20 side. Very convenient! I always make an appointment but they do walk-in as well!

First time here, we enjoyed our visit with the owners as they worked our pedicures and the pedicures are well done. My wife and I both think we found our place in Bend for this service and can easily recommend this Pretty Nails to anyone.

10/10! My nail tech Thi was absolutely outstanding. Very personable and compassionate. She's the first nail tech in Bend that made me feel comfortable and understood. I have been to almost every nail salon in Bend and Pretty Nails is by far THE BEST!

I only came for the pedicure so my rating is only based on that experience. Massage chair was good, place was clean and people were very nice. I rate that part 10/10. Rating the pedicure 3 starts because I was hoping to get smooth feet but had a lot of dryness leftover and was a little disappointed. Nail polish was also uneven.

I got a manicure and pedicure done for a wedding here and they looked great, but my nail broke the next day. I wasn’t able to come in for a fix for two days because of my work schedule, and the business was moving locations so there was no way to fit me in before the wedding. It was disappointing going to a wedding with a broken nail after paying $135 for my services. I return if my nails lasted longer than one day: (

My mom and I went in to get pedicures! The prices were very affordable and the service was immaculate! They did a wonderful job and were very kind! They also got us in almost instantly

I live outside of Cresent and I happily drive to bend to get my nails done here. They do quality work that lasts and are very reasonably priced. I've tried many other nail salons and pretty nails is far superior.

Amazing hospitality, perfect pet friendly rooms top notched a breathtaking 4th Floor, laundry/ ice, not quite have the breakfast pack down, but breakfast room service are available for a fee, or you can cook your meals.
Clean/ Cozy room quiet surroundings,
cooking stove, microwave and a full size refrigerator

I have the smallest little nails as it is and on top of that, I chew them to as short as they can go. In other words, I’m probably a hard customer for acrylics. I’ve been here twice and both times they did a seriously great job, got me in right away, and were very pleasant. 10/10 recommend.

Very happy with the services I’ve received at Pretty Nails! I can always get in same day which can be difficult in Central Oregon, they are friendly and proficient in their work. I finally found my local nail salon:)

I went back after a week to get my nails fixed because half of the gel had peeled off. She said I could get it replaced and at the end they still charged me $50 after they said I could get it fixed because of their error.
