My dad reccommened this place to me and now I do too! I took my MacBook in after in stopped turning on. They were very patient with me through the holidays and were great about contacting me. Overall great service and I got my computer back working good as new!

These guys are great. They are always ready to help and will answer any questions you have. I have been in there 4 times, and every time, they let pick their brains about anything computer. They were quick with ordering parts I needed and got me in the same day for repairs. Highly recommend this group!

Very helpful staff. Gave me advice on products that they didn't have in store. Thorough transfer of files when I got new OS. Definitely will come back.

Immediate service. Associate seemed knowledgeable, gave sound advice. Made recommended purchase, and while it was spendy for the solution I was seeking, it has proven the correct solution & the advice was sound & I am in fact quite pleased. Love Primisys! I’m not a computer person at all, and have needed to come here a few times for help. They are always extremely helpful and efficient. Last week I dropped in to see if they could replace the missing screws on my laptop and they were able to help me right then, and free of charge.

Evaluation, technical repairs and end results exceeded my expectations. Cost was reasonable.

When I got home from vacation, I went to turn on my computer and it would not reboot. After trying everything, I called Primisys. I explained the problem. My computer is 7 years old so I wasn't sure if it was worth it to fix or bite the bullet and get a new one. I talked to William who was so kind and helpful. He told me to bring it down and they would look at it. I bought it down there around 2pm. John was amazing. He said he thought he might know what the problem was. Long story short, he was able to fix it for me that same day! It only cost $75. I highly recommend Primisys. I feel they go above and beyond and the customer service is exceptional. They are so reasonably priced. I will tell all my friends about them and they have a customer for life in me.

William did an awesome job fixing my screen. The old adhesive was coming apart and the screen kept falling off the outer casing. Very happy with his work and well worth the investment!

Motherboard burnt out and they had it fixed next day. Radiation "burns" is back in proper shape. Professional and knowledgeable worked with my schedule and build

The guys at Primsys were nice and explained everything to me. I needed an electronic part they didn't carry. Then they emailed me a link to a website I could buy it for an affordable price.

Great place to shop for a new computer, NO pressure, give you all the information, they will answer any questions you have. Also they do outstanding repair work.

My son broke his computer and it was his birthday the next day. They were able to fix it same day. He was getting a new keyboard and mouse. Saved the birthday presents lol.

I heard of Primisys through a family member, and decided to visit because I needed a few parts for my pc, they were very kind and have very reasonable prices, especially considering the pc part shortages going on.
I’ve never gone back to shopping online, it’s worth the trip to their store, I’d give it 10 stars if i could!

I needed a hard to find laptop adapter and had looked all over on the weekend. Went in monday morning and they had it in stock at a good price. Very nice service. Thanks, josh

I am so thankful to the team at Primsys. We had a simple computer repair but it meant so much to have a good customer service interaction with a couple different folks there and to be able to walk right in. Now I want to get all my computer setups there.
