We hired them to clean our main living areas and they charged us $140 for 1 room and the next day there were dirt marks everywhere. We called them to come back and because it's not a "paying job" they would have to work us in. They said they would be here 2 different days and have not shown up.

Showed up on time. Clean shoes. Nice guy. No issues. Carpet, mattress and love seat look amazing. 5 stars.

First of all, the carpet clean Pro Steam did for us has held up much, much longer than any I've had before. Second, in Pro Steam we have finally found carpet professionals who can do repairs to existing carpets - stretching, gap filling, etc. They do absolutely amazing work of this type. The carpet in our master closet was installed pretty poorly by a couple of rank amateurs (my wife and I!), and we'd had to live with that for years until we found Pro Steam. In one half-day at my house they beautifully (and lastingly) cleaned every carpet in my house, repaired a number of ripped spots, and made my master closet carpet look brand new. I will only work with Pro Steam going forward.

I had Leo with Pro Steam come out and clean the carpets at both the house I was moving out of, and the house I was moving into. He did a great job at both (the house I moved into had especially old and dirty carpets and he made them habitable and nice again). He's also a nice guy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good carpet cleaning service.

Joseph is great! He was recommended to us and he is a pro. Very quick response to my call, punctual, and the job was done professionally. Our carpet wasn't fully stretched/installed properly when we moved in - so over time big wrinkles appeared in our carpet upstairs in several rooms. But not anymore - thrilled with his service. He's coming back for our Spring carpet cleaning. Highly recommend ProSteam Services!
